+1 i agree with Conway, the events seem good, but could maybe use a few tweaks, but other than that Winter has been a pretty solid player and i can see him doing well as a GM

+1 I believe Twix has the makings of a good GM, and id personally like to see him show us what he can do as one

Easy +1, over the year and half that ive known Eli hes been a very solid player and an even more solid staff member and GM for not only the last iteration of Garnet SWRP but also Garnet MRP, i wholeheartedly believe he would be a very good fit for the role.

+1 Eli has proven himself as a capable staff member across multiple Garnet Gaming servers and has imo provided more than what was expected of him in the roles he was placed in.

+1 I really did enjoy the events he set up on SWRP and believe he can provide more fun events on MRP

So pvp really isnt supposed to be a part of main battalion entry tryouts as far as ive known but other tryouts are up to the discretion of the leader, that being said i wouldn't eliminate pvp from tryouts completely. Entry tryouts should consist of formation training , rank training,etc.

Suggestion: A Mission system that Officers+ Can access from an NPC to start missions from Reasoning: If implemented it could promote more of Non GM orientated RP by giving Officers the ability to start a mission that would normally call for a GM to setup such as spawn droids or other enemies at one of the on world locations (Crystal Caves, OP Zulu. Etc) and come up with a full story for it , a second use could be for tryout for certain classes like the 501st's Breacher class by making scenarios with these missions such as droids spawning at OP Bravo and having the person trying out have to properly Breach and Clear the Outpost. Another thing this system would allow is for a mission to be started and for a GM to make the events that occur in said mission to become a full fledged event. Hopefully this is possible and wouldn't conflict with the Automatic Event system currently in place.

Suggestion : Remove the shotgun Kix has and replace it with a medkit Reasoning : In lore Kix is a medic who puts the health of his brothers above even rank and on the server he lacks the ability to heal his brothers since he doesn't have a medkit

I own a few guns but my dream gun that i want in the future currently is a Maxim 9 by SilencerCo which is an integrally suppressed pistol that runs any kind of 9mm ammo while remaining at shot sound levels that dont require ear protection.

Absolutely amazing, i cant wait to see the events that can be done with these characters being added, as well as seeing the 8th Legion and other CTs come into play more often.

But for real Special has not only been a dedicated member of the SWRP server and has made the RP around him more fun but his past as staff on Garnet to me solidifies that he would be a great choice as a staff member and that he could truly benefit the server. +1

+1 A great leader and a great candidate based on his past staff experience and because of how dedicated he has been to the SWRP server since he joined. And a big plus is the amount of hours he is able to be on, even into the late night low pop times.
