I may have not agreed with you on a lot of things in the past as well, but I know you care for the community greatly. Goodluck on SWRP. @br0ken You've contributed greatly to the server in the past and I can't wait to see you continue now that you have DGEN, good luck mate. @Bush Not sure if this is the right tag, but I believe you're gonna do great things within Army and with others on the server. Keep up the great work @Doof123I think you've been one of the better GA's within the past 7 GAs. If there is one piece of advice I'd give you it'd be to not let others push you around. It's good to take other's opinions into consideration, but their opinions may not always be the right way to go. @CoyoteeProbably the embodiment of what all officers should strive to be in my opinion. Didn't want to tag too many people, these are just the people I think have done/will do a lot for the servers.

I don't think I was around this situation much when you were banned once again, so I do have a few questions. I imagine you were warned to stop being toxic before they permanently banned you, correct? Why didn't you head those warnings? If they were being toxic towards you, you should have reported it to an admin or made a forum report. I understand where you are coming from, and I do feel bad for you having to deal with people ridiculing you because of your previous actions when you're trying to make a comeback to the community. However, I don't think that can be used as an excuse for being toxic to players within the community. I don't know how you normally behaved on the server or what your attitude was like when you returned, so I'll remain neutral on this situation because I don't know how severe your toxicity was.

Pretty much what Ｄ Δ ＴＯＮＥＤＥ Δ ＤＤＵＣＫ is saying. He was banned for Mass RDM, but his ban was changed to a community ban. I believe the ban should stick because he is constantly toxic and is constantly minging, hence why he got removed from SSO.

You obviously don't know the full situation or how he plays/what he is known for. You don't even play on the MilitaryRP server according to your post history, so why are you even replying to this? If he was just being toxic then I'd agree, however he is known to constantly be minging/having no intention to RP. He had intentions of Mass RDMing as proven by Don, even if Xploding claims "It was just to get people to DB for my announcement" which is an obvious lie. Many in the community (As shown within this post) can confirm he does not have intention to RP.

I guess our ideas of making an RP situation is different, because last time I checked announcing you were going to mass because you got removed finally from SSO does not have any sort of RP relevance.

You've been nothing but a minge and a toxic player ever since you've returned. You were in the TS telling everyone you were going to mass in DB because you were removed from SSO, but they banned you before you could actually get your little "stunt" off. Even if you were not going to mass, you've had no intention to actually RP on the server and have told me so in Team Speak. Albeit you did not actually commit the Mass RDM, but your previous actions within the community as of recently still should uphold the permanent ban. You've had little disregard when it comes to actually playing the server properly, therefore in my opinion you have no intention to role play. Also, I'm 99% sure you are just saying that you weren't actually going to mass because you regret the ban, and are now trying to find a scapegoat. Your argument makes no sense, why would you try to get people to DB just to make this "announcement" of yours? You could have just as easily made a forum thread, but instead you were announcing you were going to mass and were trying to get people to go to DB. Even if this was just to make your announcement, you know better than to do this and shows that you still have no actual intention to RP. I usually don't reply to ban appeals, but if there was ever a ban I think should stick it would be this one. I don't have a single interaction or memory of you making a positive impact on the community. The fact you were able to stay in SSO for so long is a mystery and makes me question the competency/leadership of SSO, but that is a completely different discussion. -1.

Can't wait to see it, keep up the great work Shrimps. It's more about finding the specific person who did it and getting proof of it is extremely difficult, because usually they just throw it and then book it out of there before anyone notices who did it. I doubt it'll happen with current SOC though, most SOC factions don't have any mingy people from what I see so hopefully this won't be an issue in the first place.

My only concern is if people abuse flash grenades and throw them into DB, I've already seen several SOC members in the past throw smokes into DB (albeit recently it has been a lot better) so I wouldn't be surprised if some people eventually start doing it with flashes as well. Other than that it looks really solid, I'd love to see these implemented should this suggestion go through. +1

I feel like this is something we should "test run" for about a week or two before it fully gets "permanently" added within the server. I'd be down to test it for like a week or two on the server and see how it works, and if it doesn't then we can just remove it. Pretty much +1 for a "Trial Run" per say.

The community really has grown significantly in such a short period of time, I'm glad to see everything is working out so far. Keep up the great work Garnet, I'm happy to have been apart of this community for so long.

Didn't you only come back like three days ago? I don't think that's enough time for the community to fully evaluate how you act/interact with the community since your return. Your application is written nice and organized, but is lacking some of the requirements such as the minimum of two paragraphs for the question "How do you plan on benefiting the server". I think you should play for at least another month or two before trying to become staff. If everything goes smoothly and you get well respected within the community then you'll probably get staff easily, but you've just returned so I really do think you need more time to get known within the community better.

If he isn't taking his appeal seriously in game/on the forums then I don't think he should be unbanned. I like Rohan but if he isn't seeming sincere and apologetic about the situation then I don't see why he should be unbanned. This is just my opinion though, if he doesn't have a valid argument against the information you've brought up then you'd probably have to keep him banned imo.

Based off of that, it certainly does feel like he isn't as sorry as he claims he is. I'd like to hear what @The King of Rohan has to say about this though. He could have just been trying to make a joke and it turned out to be shitty and too soon or some shit and just didn't realize it, either way that doesn't help his case in getting unbanned lol.

Honestly I can relate to you a lot in this situation since I've been in your shoes before in a different community 4-5 years ago, sometimes you make decisions that you regret later on. I've never had any problems with you and you're chill to talk to, I don't think your perma blacklist should be removed but I do think you should be given a second chance. It all depends if Garnet thinks you've waited long enough and are truly sorry really. I +1 though, He's a cool dude who made a dumb mistake.

Damn man, I don't even know what to think of this. What a scumbag to do this to you, an absolutely abhorrent thing to do to someone. I think you should pursue with legal action if he doesn't stop with the chargebacks. he's old enough to realise what he is doing is wrong and shouldn't be done. He's harming your brand and you personally financially by him doing this to you. Goodluck with the disputes man, and thank you for everything you've done for the last 5 years of the community to keep things running. Hopefully the situation gets resolved quickly and easily.

You were honestly the best 2GA Marshal I've seen in the past 5-6 Marshals. I'm glad I got see you go from an SNS who got his whitelisted removed from some retarded officer to one of the most well respected people within RU. Gonna miss you man If you do decide to leave the community feel free to add me on Steam man, I'd love to still play with you.
