-1 Now, i can see where your trying to get with this, but this simply does not work, although yes, discord may have a more friendly interface, it does not have the features that TS3 does, that is a big chunk of the reason why the Teamspeak exists, because in TS3 you have way more control over channels and roles than in discord, thus it's more favorable, it's also important to MRP players to have the teamspeak as the discord voice channels or calls cannot handle the amount of people that the teamspeak does, so if your a DarkRP player, you can use your own discord calling or even a discord server if needs be, but if you are a MilitaryRP player, you'll need that teamspeak alot for roleplay and other situations where there needs to be an absolute ton of people in one channel at once.

-1 I barely even know who you are, and from what i've seen you have very lackluster activity on the server and when i've seen you, you are nearly all of the time on RU, it has so far been very rare to see you on a US whitelist, also from the times i have seen you even on RU or US, regardless i have seen that your immature to the point of where you trying to apply for staff would not work out. I have also NEVER seen you in teamspeak at all. I might also point out your forums account is very new, and does not have any sort of activity on it at all, i would recommend working on that aswell. Your paragraphs are also very short and if its a staff position your looking for you should consider improving the paragraphs and actually putting effort in. In all, i recommend the following things: Be more active on US and RU whitelists, actually talk to people, and get known by the community. Improve forums + server activity, including TS activity. Improve your current paragraph count. Maturity overall on the server needs to be improved.

-1 There's an absolute fuckton of evidence stacked against you, and the replies to your appeal have so far been really poor, i just think a -1 will be more fitting.

+1 From what i see your pretty active, very mature and also show alot of leadership qualities and to be honest, i think your an absolutely perfect fit for staff.

Thank you for pointing that out, i'll try to fix it directly if i can. I ain't exactly the best writer of paragraphs, so that's definently going to be a weak point but still, i'll still give it my best try.

Okay, to some what i'm about to say may seem a tad dumb but believe me, this is justified. So as of now, Premium Faction costs like 200 USD, [92.80$ more in AUD] and i would've gone for it if i had the money except a massive drawback, It only lasts for 30 days. And you can't have more than 4 people. So i decided to make this post, i highly don't think this may get any good reviews for the most part, but really what i do believe is that for like 200+ dollars, Custom Factions should be allowed to be permanent and hold more people than like, what, 4? it's not really great, and the fact that you can only hold 4 people in it, and it only lasts 30 days? No one's really going to buy it with those factors are they? Of course, the faction owners are still held against faction and server rules and will be removed from accessing the custom faction and it'll be opened up again if the faction or server rules are broken, or if the faction is just chaotic in general. But please. Allow us to have more than 4 players in the faction, and allow it to be semi-permanent. Thank you for reading.

To answer this, i am in teamspeak alot of the time, you might not be seeing me though. [I'm mostly active in marine channels only.]
