I checked party's and you wasn't in a party either so you couldn't enforce anyone elses kos sign. in the sit you said you had a kos sign so I placed you on the floor and asked for you to take me to it yet you refused and said I don't have to see it I should believe you.... I then brought him back up to the roof and explained he massed and went ahead and banned. I would be okay with reducing it to 1 week for unintentional mass rdm since he doesn't seem to know what he's doing.

he bought it off another player with in game money, he is not the one who charged back.

no you would simply show them the kos sign, tzar was trying to get knoxx punished for false rules, rules that aren't there, but in ur example kos signs are allowed and if you pass them you can be killed.

the warn wasn't for being toxic in the sit that was just extra information, the sit was handled but then knoxx reported tzar for making a false report. he wanted him warned since the report was indeed false, I was never pushing towards the warn as you can see in the picture I asked knoxx before I resolved the sit. I don't recall saying this at all it wasn't my choice to warn him as I asked the reporter if he wanted the warn or if he wanted to let it go which is allowed as most staff let the reporter decide in most cases. the report was false none the less, whether he deserved the warn or not is an opinion.

You were only reporting knoxx because you wanted him punished without reading all the rules properly, you and him were both fighting before hand so you tried reporting for the most pettiest thing. Knoxx didn't like that so he reported you and wanted you warned for false report for wasting the staffs time and his time. you were also very toxic within the sit twisting knoxx's words to make him sound bad/disgusting until he reported you and you became very innocent pretending you didn't know what you was doing. edit- this was tzar twisting knoxx's word. its hard to hear I know, all the clip is like this but you can hear him say back to knoxx "what? do you rape them?" which is toxic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocpj2-wAMYc

Accepted Since there was no report no punishments should have been given for "diss in sit" even if your Staff On Duty. The warn will be removed by tomorrow but will be replaced with a fail base warn. when you make a report, it stays in the reports menu for 10 minutes then disappears. your report was probably gone by the time they made their report.

this was already accepted, you cant +1 something that was already accepted and neither should we be posting after the decision. the warn wasn't valid but zed should've had time to respond to the post with his side of the story.
