I've spoken with JJ about it and he understands that it was an RDM and should have properly warned Davy. Situations like this can seem biased since the yare i nteh same faction and the leniency rule for warns appears to be interpreted differently. I will bring up verbal vs written warns in the next staff meeting so that it is clear when a verbal can be given (usually in situations of accidental misfires doing something like 10 damage to someone). JJ already understands this and has been given a "strike" for it. Thank you for handling the situation calmly Pony, hopefully this issue is resolved for you.

This ban appeal has gone almost nowhere. Those +1'ing don't have any valid arguments to prove their claims and some of the +1 even agree his gameplay is fishy. Gildarts, someone who can't possibly be biased as he has never really spoken to the guy and the only gameplay he has seen from him are the recordings you guys have seen can post here to give his opinion on the matter. I think the guy is hacking and he will not be unbanned. Gidlarts can overrule me should he choose.

The conversations I claim to have had with him are purely circumstantial. I have already provided physical proof that is fishy, as fishy as Freebird's. You and many other players who are +1'ing based on emotions are not doing anything to support Cramps. He seems to be doing the exact same thing Freebird did and is riding on the +1 train and not defending himself. Just like Freebird. I have a lot of experience dealing with hackers here, and I have never been wrong. There is my reputation, the physical proof, and my observation of his behavior. The opposition has yet to provide a logical argument as to why they think Cramps isn't hacking.

The getting close to vega and being ignored part is simply false. I can't speak for the rest of the Vega members, but he kept coming to me trying to say "oh look at this shot I landed lol" and once he finds out I'm spectating him, he gets nervous and starts trying to talk to me constantly and saying how he isn't a hacker, even if I haven't even attempted to initiate a conversation with him. Then, he starts getting a bit aggressive with me: Almost like he is internally upset with me and wants to lay it on me, but knows he can't because I suspect him. Finally, where is your proof of him "missing his shots in duels" with you. Yes, you demanded proof of us when he was banned, and we obliged. You can't just come at us in a similar manner without any proof. However, a recording of him missing his shots in duels with his friends doesn't show much. Why would he toggle on when he is simply having fun with his friends? That would simply arouse more suspicion towards him.

Yes, I am letting him use a harmless script to catch a suspicious player that many players have complained about. If Garnet wants to demote me over it, he can. Also, I wasn't on the server at the time when I gave him permission to use it, so I had no control over what he made his name. You telling me that I "let" him do that is not fair.

You know milkdud and how he is. However, he doesn't know the guy. He recorded that video, saw that he was really sketchy and called it "cramps has gay." He changed afterwards when I said in my post "I don't know why he named it that." Not a big deal. Me and multiple other players think that he is hacking and all this thread has demonstrated is that those who are +1ing know nothing about the player and they don't trust teh executive team, especially someone who hasn't been wrong about at hacker yet. I obliged and posted the video and made my claims. Cramps is shifty and made multiple attempts to come to me and get close and/or try to shake heat off himself. Despite being told to relax if he wasn't hacking, he continually complained to me and others that he didn't like being spectated. His direct behavior by itself is enough to arouse suspicion. This was over the course of more than a week, mind you, not just one day. At the end of the day, this is a gmod server, and guy has plenty of circumstantial evidence on him to be banned.

He changes the title's name and you call it tampering with evidence. Keep posts serious and if you were serious, I recommend you cease posting here because you don't seem to be bringing anything relevant to the table.

2:10 he just shoots the through the bush, even with third person around the corner, there is no way he could have seen him. 8:40 he shoots the guy coming down the hill and the aim vector (green dot on screen) ain't on the guy.

To be noted: I gave milkdud the go ahead to use his script to watch Cramps. The script is not malicious and doesn't affect the server in any way. All it does is follow the aim vector of the person he is following to look for suspicious shots like flicks or lock-ons through walls, hills, or any other kind of barrier. Cramps' perspective is the window in the top left of the video. There are some sketchy plays made in this video, but some notable ones are at 2:10 and 8:40. There are some other timestamps that I can't remember, so feel free to look through the whole thing.

This dude Cramps kept making excuses for everything, even before begin accused of it. His gameplay is consistently suspicious and his behavior when confronted shifts to someone that is nervous and hiding something. I have the reputation of never being wrong about a hacker, and I can say with 99.9% certainty that this guy is hacking. I couldn't care less if he is really good, because I personally don't care about being good anymore. However, when I have many people everyday complaining to me about him, it becomes and issue for the server and its players. Those of you who are claiming "bias" right off the bat, you're either biased yourself and friends with Cramps or too ignorant.

As far as the under barrel attachment goes, I don't see the point in adding such a minute detail that no one really uses, especially when US already has more explosive classes than RU, even if prestige got nades. Won't be happening for now.

Don't see the point in doing this. 300 health isn't as much as you think, and both sides have essentially the same class. If it becomes an issue in the future, it may be nerfed but for now it won't be changed.
