I personally think this is a great app, your paragraphs are up to par and I have seen and spoken to you a few times on the server. The few encounters we had on the server you seemed mature for your age which I don't see a lot of. I think you'd be a good addition to the staff steam, besides the ban you mentioned I don't see any reason to deny you a chance. +1 Don't make me regret the decision

I recently experienced the same issue,in game you can go to your options, from there click on voice and where it says use voice in game make sure that you have it check marked. You might want to also try to use the test microphone button down below in the voice options. Hopefully this was helpful. If that didn't help, try going to control panel,hardware/sound and then manage audio devices to check that its properly set up.

I actually have a few people that have helped me along the way, I must say thank you to @Stinkie @SugarMyNuggets@DickSimmons you guys are amazing staff and helpful and have seen y'all come a long way! You have always been there and helped me.

On second thought this is a terrible idea.......

So this isn't quite my best idea but how about having a snow shoveling job, during Christmas for when the ground has snow on it you can shovel it and put it into a machine and go around collecting snow and depositing it into some sort of machine that then credits you for the work.

As I've stated I don't play MRP! It was a mistake thinking it was MRP related

It does in fact count as self harm, this is against rules and is self damage.

Where do i start?... There are a bunch of run on sentences, not to mention spelling errors. If I were you I'd suggest spicing up your paragraphs and fixing grammar errors Sorry -1

I see a lot of problems in this application! I don't know where to start. Fix your grammar also there's a age requirement which you don't meet unfortunately I'm going to have to say -1

Me being inactive I'm sure would probably affect me getting "reinstated".

I've been away for some time now, I haven't been around for awhile I have had issues I've been dealing with but hopefully I will be returning soon. Does anyone know if this affects me being eligible for staff again?

I've personally played with him in game and well not much to say other than he's very mature and he does in fact know the rules. I have always seen him helping players, and think he'd be a great addition to the team! Don't make me have second thoughts Thrxzy +1

I've seen some bad applications , but I must say this is really bad I think you need to beef up your paragraphs and try to include more in your sentences as well as including what you think you could bring to the community as staff. For me it's a big -1 I might change my mind based on if you change this app and make it better.

You should add why you think you'd be a good fit for staff, I haven't seen you on but you seem mature and I think you need to fix your errors and mention more of what you'd bring to the server as staff. -1

Skipping Ranks I truly believe that I can benefit the server out significantly more on the off chance that I avoid positions I had before acquired since I am acquainted with the rules, expectations, and commands. I can assist the server by adding innovative plans to the server. I was beforehand a staffing member on this server on various occasions, thus, I don't figure I should go through every one of the positions I previously earned. I left the server because of homework and a busy employment schedule. I currently am fit so as to apply my insight and dedicate my work to this server as much as I can. I would have taken a Leave of Absence although, I concluded that I didn't have a clue to what extent I would be gone so I, left abruptly. I am currently back and running so I am hoping that this will be associated to get a higher situation in the positions as opposed to reworking my way through them. The skipping ranks part needs to go,but overall it's not a bad app, as far as trying to skip ranks I wouldn't be worrying too much about that. I also haven't ever seen you on the server I'm going to give this unfortunately a -1
