  1. This update is quite decent, and two of the added features were ideas I had hoped the server would possess for a long while. I hadn't suggested them as community suggestions are taken with a grain of salt, regardless whether there's a large majority of members who agree with them. As of this update, though, I am happy to see it, furthermore if I'm God honest; "Garnet Gaming for life." Love you guys lmao, stay well.
  2. Blessings bestowed. Employ circumstances wherein you see fit, as what cannot be controlled is often mispercieved by the unwise and irreverent. Fault is not on oneself for admitting hardship, however, it's on the ones who fail to accept said alterations'. Cyber, though our interactions were few, you are a respected member. I genuinely wish you well.

    DJ and Radios'

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rSFC71I2ImEv-kcXMKSJJXDxP3Cdd2Xo/view?usp=drive_link There should be restrictions relative to how far apart DJ huts have to be. Having separate styles of music running on top of each other is just as bad as Earrape. This also reduces the immersion on the server.
  4. Not to be repetitive, but: "That's quite disappointing. You'll always be welcomed back, the few outweighs the many mate, blessings bestowed."
  5. I agree entirely. There is a massive portion of buildings that often go unused, and there isn't much logic behind maintaining this long-lived rule on Dark RP. Having the ability to own and construct between multiple buildings, even skimming the streets (long as there's plenty of room for the average person to cross freely) should be allowed. Considering the vehicles were removed from the RP many years ago makes the streets being fully open unnecessary. As someone who's been in this server for approximately 6+ years, this rule has condemned us players to a limited experience by not only removing cars (irrelevant), but upon doing so continuing to restrict our base building creativity/roleplay. Allowing this would make for a more immersive experience.
  6. The main reason I ain't been playing on it is due to it's lack of activity. If it were more active I'd be all for playing it, and would most certainly spend time on the project, not to mention even some Donations depending on what would be offered.
  7. In-game name: Divine King of Unity Age: 21 SteamID (https://steamid.io/): https://steamcommunity.com/id/DivineExpertise/ Warns: None Timezone: Pacific Standard Time Playtime?: Few hundred hours, I reckon. Lvl 42 IG. Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: [NO and YES]: I have a microphone, no idea what teamspeak is though. I do have discord, though. Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?:[YES]: I have the ability, but performance lacks horribly in the case I attempt to. Referral(s): [What administrator recommended you to apply?]: Garnet, a year ago. Couple other staff (today and yesterday) with names that fled my mind. Past experiences as staff: [Optional]: Unturned, ARK: SE, TM:F. I also had an opportunity on Purple Prison in Minecraft, but I ended up changing my mind. Though this is separate from a game, I am active staff on the Official Super WorldBox Discord, with over 130,000 members. I have been for over two years now, I reckon. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]: I am well over-experienced for the position, am completely trustworthy, and tend well when it comes to getting along with others. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: Yes, I joined a server with my friend like three years ago and we went RDM crazy, just messing about. As of the Garnet DRP server, though, I have no active warnings, around the time when I started playing on the server a long while ago when I wasn't comfortably familiar with the rules I did Fail RP once or twice. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I did make one around a year back when Garnet and a couple others suggested such. I managed not getting accepted, for which reasons are unknown by me. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: At the current moment I have more time than I know what to do with, though, I do have an active job application IRL, and depending on whether I get the job, my activity could vary. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Currently, none. With COVID I'm pretty well stuck in my own zone 24/7. Yeah, depressing, I know. Did you read the staff rules?: Absolutely. If I'm unsure of any rule, or something slips my mind, I always double check to ensure I'm on the right track, and I'm not shy to ask others for assistance if I'm not certain of something. If I am to make a mistake, I will own up to it, and adjust accordingly.

    Appeal

Is this sufficient? Alright, the whole format is completed, except for one confusing part. Should be more than sufficient. Alright, may I get assistance now? It's already getting late, and I was really hoping I could play tonight, rather than having to wait an extra day. If possible, of course.

    Appeal

To whom it may concern: I was banned four hours later two days ago for two days due to MassNLR (going back to my base during a raid multiple times), this was without realization of the situation. I understand it was my responsibility to keep the rules in order, yet 218 can be fairly difficult to keep track of as a newcomer. I have since then reviewed each individual rule, and perhaps even memorized each and every one of them. I would like my ban to be appealed a few hours early as I now understand and know all of the rules. I have no intent of breaking the rules, on the contrary I have intent of ensuring they are enforced flawlessly. Upon my ban being dealt, I openly admitted to what I did, and refused to deny anything which was said that held a sliver of truth (Blaze can support this statement if need be), as I then realized it was a rule and was willing to accept the consequences. I truly feel a warn would have been much more necessary as I had only begun participating in the server a couple days earlier, and was still becoming familiar with the rules, beyond this I was given false information about certain rules from players, putting me unfairly at risk. In relevance, I had an infraction on the second day of me playing. It was RDM, as a player told me if I were being harassed and followed by a single person for three or more minutes I was allowed to shoot them down. Furthermore, any bases I had raided, many of them had committed MassNLR themselves, in turn also misleading me. Thank you for your time, god bless. Regardless of the decision you make, I will accept the results without complaint. Sincerely, Shiloh Erickson (Divine Expertise[Divine]) Important information: In-game name; "Divine Expertise" SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/id/DivineExpertise Staff members in-game name: !DirtyBlaze! (Or something of the sort) Staff members Steam ID: How does one even get this? Date & Time of incident: Four hours from now two days ago. Time zone: Pacific Central (5:30) Ban Reason: Mass NLR (going back to base during a raid) How long were you banned for?: Two days Proof of Ban: Look at the image. What happened? I went back to my base during a raid, he was stuck inside one of my walls, I killed him. Why should your ban be removed?: Misleading information.
