While yes 3rd party reporting isn't allowed, staff members don't have to be in a sit or make a sit to ban for mass. Since the sit was made against you for killing others, I naturally check logs and this is what I see. I ask why you killed Dad so many times and I get the response of "Me and my friend are in a discord call, he allowed me to kill him" (paraphrased ofc). Now I could have put the ban for 2 weeks and it being valid, but since you didn't know consensual RDM is still RDM I decided to knock it down to Non Malicious mass which is only 2 Days.

Even the nut himself said it would be nice to have it. I personally would love to have hitmarkers, mainly for knowing what shots hit. If there was no sound and just a simplistic hitmarker near or on crosshair that would be sweet.

While I agree you have changed, you still have to endure the punishment. Cheating and ban evasion is not something to be taken lightly, but right now you are a role model, like Aparh said, your a solid staff member, faction leader, and friend. If this gets appealed or a ban wipe happens, I'll see you then, but until that happens we can chill in other games, TS/Discord, etc.

Hey Conway, remember Hendrix? that guy spent so much money, but yet still got banned for cheating. Donator items don't give you "administrative immunity". Do I know if you were cheating? I'm honestly unsure, some shots were pretty suspicious, but nothing too crazy.

Well, the DS would be in the wrong with saying you can kill him. Like Salmon said, it was mass and you could have reported him. I can see this going down to a non malicious mass or accidental mass (don't quote me on it, just a T.Mod). Good luck man.

I can agree that you are a respectable person, however you would have to tone down the minginess slightly. Other than that you would be a good fit for staff.

Most people put how many hours they can be on per day, not sure if its a requirement , but it makes it easier to see how often you are on.

I get this, but Merc was changed because it had the same weapon as base 2GA (SVT-40) so the 2 classes are a bit off, rather Merc gets another semi auto rifle or Venal gets a bolt action, either would work.

I believe you would be a great fit for staff, the only concern I would have is the maturity in TS or possibly in sits. Any time something negative happens to you during war (sometimes peacetime) you seem to "rage" a bit, I understand we all get mad at the game sometimes, but it seems constant with you. Other than that, I see nothing wrong, just try to tone back the anger. Good Luck!

For now, I'm going to say Neutral. I only really see you in war, now that might be because I'm a RU main, but maybe you could come around RU and get to know one another. Other thing that keep me in a neutral state is the number of hours you have, I know others have touched on that topic already, so I'll just say this, you don't need a lot of hours to be well known or have a good reputation, its what you do during the hours that will help you in the long run. Lastly, TS usage, assuming MSG is your current rank, you only have a few ranks to go until it's mandatory to be in TS, It's a good habit to start TS and join when you start Gmod, try to be active within channels, for example, if there's no one in your channel, you should move to an open more populated channel.Overall, I see great potential in your app, boost hours and reputation with the community and I will change it to a +1. How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]I plan on benefiting the server by using the many years from being in the community for various reasons. Number one, throughout most if not all of my playtime I've only received a handful of warnings, in the warnings that I have received, I learned a lot about rules, new rules, for some reason unwritten rules (not in the MOTD). My second reason, since I don't have many warnings it doesn't take long to see that I know a lot of the guidelines to follow. With knowing the guidelines and rules, I tried and still try to help new players to know the basics and things not told in training for the server and their benefit. The third and last reason for this portion, as much as I don't like to take things into my own hands when it comes to staff-related issues. It does happen occasionally, for example, the other night around 3 AM or so, I was talking to an old friend of mine that recently came back. While talking, a group of Army started RDMing one other. Before things got out of hand, I decided to warn them about the consequences, they didn't listen and kept on RDMing, I then threatened to take their WL away. They still didn't listen, I did end up having to take the whitelists away from most of the privates to stop them. The main reason for the example is the event could have been avoided or stopped quicker if there was staff on to quickly rectify the situation.
Another way for me to benefit the server is to be more involved, rather it's in TeamSpeak, Discord, or just on the forums. For the last several years the only way I've been involved is through officer positions and being friends with staff members, while both can make a difference, becoming part of the staff team can and hopefully will make more of a positive difference. In all situations, I try to make them fun and equal for every party, just as I would do with staff sits. So far I haven't heard complaints about me (that I've heard of), I believe I'm respectful to others and competent to do tasks to the best of my ability. Before I made this post I asked a few people for their opinions about my behavior and actions, so far I haven't heard any negative feedback. Thank you for taking the time to read my application.
Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details.I have once, it was appealed. The first ban was around 2 years ago late at night, A recruit was leaving the spawn room so I kept killing him, a short while later a mod looked at logs and seen my "Mass" which then a higher staff followed out the ban. The next or following day I was unbanned.
Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:I made an application around 4 years ago (lol), I was CW3 in Army and was denied because of small paragraphs.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?:I'm mostly on between 5-12 PM EST, so about 7 hours give or take.
