The done diddly time has come. Im stepping down as Director of MID. In before "but vibe you only had it for a month" Well shit b life crazy. Naw but for real I've done what I set out to do and revived the faction and got some peeps who really care about it. Plus with the way wars are going I wanted to play more US. So from here on out the Director of MID will be my boi @LilHind. Since I've started working so much he has been my eyes and ears during prime time hours during the week. He has come up with great ideas and has made my job as leading MID so fucking fun. Some other boys I love are @Silo, Skirt (Idk your tag), and my newest favorite enlisted my main man Willie. Thats the mother fucking TEA.

Introduction Hey there my name is Vibe. You might know me as the leader of MID, one of those toxic Vega guys, or just a minge. Whatever you know me as it doesn't really matter. I know the title might shock you little US mains out there but let's get to the facts. US Leadership fucking sucks. Before you get your panties in a bunch lets talk about what makes me qualified to talk about leadership. I currently lead an RU SOC (MID/GRU), I've been LtGen of Tali/055 twice, I was captain in Haqqani, and other officer or high enlisted ranks. Leading is not as hard as people make it sound. You also don't have to be a faction leader or High officer to lead. Enlisted can lead just as well if not better than some officers. Here recently since I've been playing US I've noticed that a lot of enlisted are actually not retarded. The only problem is they don't wanna keep playing cause there are no competent officers or in the case of some factions no officers at all. Enough with all the background and general complaints, let us get a little more precise to certain factions problems. Marines/Marsoc Possibly the best faction on US. They have active officers, active enlisted, and generally cool people. The only issue I've noticed is there is either a lot of Marines or none at all. Marines also carry a lot of the burden of the US. When it comes to US entry factions Marines are the obvious better group. They have better shot-calling, better officers, and a player base that cares about wars. The problem with that is that their morale gets low as fuck when US keeps getting destroyed and there is nothing they can do. It fucking sucks. I know the pain. I played afghan during the seal reign and it was fucking annoying. The only way this can fix if the US as a whole gets its shit together. Army Zoo we mama I've been waiting to say this for a bit. Army fucking blows. All around. Shitty enlisted and shitty officers. All day today I say Army officers just b hopping around in base and doing absolutely while we are losing the war. Army enlisted is running around like fucking chickens with their heads cut off and Army officers are singing through their mic acting more retarded than the fucking Privates. While shitty enlisted come from shitty officers, I can't blame the officers for everything. Don't get me wrong I think Chris is a cool guy and I personally don't think he's done a shit job leading Army but recently some actions have not been too good. A 2 month LOA leaving no one in charge is fucking insane. I understand shit happens and IRL take precedent, but at least put someone in charge of army while you're gone. Next imma get on this boi Vaughn. I lead a war as a PVT the other week cause it was literally 6 mins till war and nobody else had the balls to do it. Literally, as soon as I call it I'm getting PMs saying "Who are you" "Why is a PVT leading DB" Etc. Just last week Van accepted a TC only war cause it was really late and Vaughn blamed the whole war loss on him. Even after the war Vaughn took control of the DB and continued to blame Van. Vaughn is the first to blame and the last to act. GB Nothing much to say here. Recently been doing pretty good and just needs a good leader to stay and actually lead for a bit. Seals Idk why Delphin got the faction back after he stopped playing the server since he left seals back during Taiga but whatever hopefully the active seals keep up and improve. Rangers People coming of LOA and recently Gildarts has made moves in removing inactive so hopefully, it picks back up. I know this post is gonna get both hate and praise but someone had to grow some balls and call out the BS that is slowly killing US

When you get Alfa the MOS was A (Name). Jackal noticed and changed Vega MOS to V (rank) (name) so you guys wouldn't be similar. You decided to once again copy Vega and change your MOS to A ( Rank ) (Name). Is there a reason why you decide to dick ride Vega as hard as you currently are. You are a colonel in Army and you cant follow a format. Holy fuck

I'm replying to everyone here just to make it easier Leading an Entry faction like 2GA and leading a SOC faction are totally different. Some people like Dillian were good entry leaders and when given the opportunity to lead a SOC faction didn't do too hot. Pencil literally led the US equivalent of Frogmen. While certain member might not like the MOS thing pencil might be trying to attract a different type of player base. Don't get me wrong I like Skye and agree they are a good officer I just don't know if they are specifically ready to lead FM. Obviously Jackal's timing along and way he handled the situation is kinda shit along with Pencil asking you questions and having things ready before you officially got the faction. Topshot if you don't wanna play any more than why do you get so heated that people accuse you of hacking. Vega has the players with the most time and best game since. People like Coyote and Vac are amazing players who are really good in the current meta with the change to third person. It's considered fishy when a little GB with like 300 hours begins to wreck and destroy people with over 2000. I don't think GB is shit even though Red doesn't play it anymore but its the first name that comes to mind they were amazing when they played GB and others like who have moved on have proved that GB has skill. I personally think the SOC M4 is one of the best ARs in the game. I feel like if you really wanted something to happen the 2 more points you have should be sent to Gildarts and Phantom. I honor you for not making it public when they don't want it and are scared to say it out loud. The fact that people are literally scared to make posts about Jackal is scary. As an executive, you shouldn't have a personal bias.

In this section, you say that staff specifically Vega pushed for the investigation when that is simply not true. Since you are not staff nor Vega nor in the fold when it comes to high profile incidents like this I wouldn't expect you to know the true circumstances. Even though the majority of people saying he was cheating were RU its due to the fact that he usually played US. Vega is considered the best of the best when it comes to combat. It makes sense that the best of the best would become fishy of someone who is in GB who kills the entire RU force. While topshot played RU the US peeps also felt a little fishy as well. Picture being a staff and you begin spectating someone the person is playing a normal war he is just doing a little too good. As soon as you start spectating him he begins to jump around and pretend he has a spinbot. With no context, you would ban the guy I assume. Most people would as well. Now, let's throw in some names Jackal and Topshot. All of a sudden you feel he made a rash decision. If anything it shows bias on your part for automatically thinking differently about the situation just because Jackal did it. Delta Force has been going down the drain since before Nomad left. That's a simple fact. The few good people like Winters left and since then DF has hit rock bottom. They were given strict instructions by the Executive team regarding what not to do. They didn't follow his orders and the faction was wiped. DF acted as a home for misfit toys in US. Multiple retired officers moved over to US and began to take over and run DF. Multiple hackers have also been caught and highly suspected in DF. Their tryouts were strictly based on killing power and didn't take into account reputation, leadership, and ability to carry on the DF legacy. Following this, the Executives decided the lock the faction. Locking the faction was a wise decision when it comes to the Health of the US and its factions. After the re-introduction of Rangers, the US started to suffer a drought of good players and factions were suffering. Locking DF was a move to try and revive the US SOC forces. Sadly the only faction so far that has been doing somewhat okay is GB. I have no idea if this is true or not but if it is then it is kinda fucked. We are gonna do another imagination situation here. Imagine you are tasked with picking a leader for a faction. Your options are a guy you don't know and don't trust, a guy in your faction with no leadership experience, or a guy who has experience leading a faction similar to the one up for grabs. Idk about you guys but id pick the one with leadership experience. Once again once I throw in names it all become "Jackal is biased" "Vega gets everything". The majority of Vega members have either led factions or have high officer experience. It makes sense that we get faction because we have more leadership experience than most of the server. This was the reserves roster of GB before the wipe. While I agree some people shouldn't have been removed you have to see that some of these people shouldn't be on this. You say that reserves are "a piece of frozen time to see past leadership and players who made an impact" but the majority of these people have had 0 to no effect on the faction besides a negative one. Also, reserves deserve to have good reasons like school or family stuff but the majority of these people were given reserves just cause they asked and went on to other factions. What's the point of Phantom, Chris, Gotham, and Gildarts having reserves. 2 are SA's and could have any whitelist they want, 1 is a manager who is inactive and the GA of Army, and the final one is the Leader of Marines and MARSOC. Reserves are a cool I like it but when you give it to anyone who asks for them it becomes pointless and basically a waste of time.
