I want all of you to consider the little to no proof Conway has posted. This is clearly a false report there just isnt enough proof. Anyone can change their nickname before joining a server. Now I want you all to consider this the person who called Conway all of these names and was disrespecting him Joined the Teamspeak with the intention of belittling conway you can see from the Teamspeak logs he posted. Like I said I havent been on the TS server for around 3 days I was with another community the entire day yesterday and I have a recording of the events on said server leading up to this the recording goes until the time i left the TS. I have been bashed on by members of management and other players for no reason. And if you considered my perspective I would never jeopardize my reputation in this community not since I just recently joined back to play on the DRP. Im a helpful and friendly player who is always looking to help new people who join the DRP server. This ban disappoints me to see something with such little proof be believed so easily by everyone! I'm willing to post anything to prove I never joined the TS server yesterday. I was the one who took the 2nd report places on you by @Zachman, the report was for harassment and he showed me a few screenshots of you PMing him calling him slurs as Jake said as well as just being insanely toxic. When I was looking at the screenshots Jake pulled up and began helping me out with the sit then issued you the ban. Was a bit skeptical the first application he made but has definitely has made changes in his personality. First of all this isn't 2 paragraphs. Also, this doesn't really show why we should pick you over other applicants. I'd recommend rewriting this whole portion. You're 15, you should know how to write adequate paragraphs. Please give us your exact playtime. You can do so by doing "/playtime Tage" in chat and copy and pasting it into that section. This is not reassuring at all. You don't think you can stop minges? That is majority of what staff members do. These people didn't refer you to apply. They simply directed you where you need to apply. I'd recommend taking these down. Now onto your in game behavior. You can be a bit mingey at times. I don't think you'd be a good fit for the staff team at all unless you change the whole way you behave in game. On top of that, I've never seen you in the TeamSpeak before. Hopping in TS and just talking with people is a great way for people to learn your name and just know who you are. Good luck man but I just don't see you as being a good fit for the staff team: -1

In my opinion, you need to pick up on activity. From what I remember you just came off of an LOA. I don't think it's smart to apply coming off of an LOA. I believe you should hop in TS more (Which I could be missing you due to your timezone) and simply be more active in game. If you pick up your activity, I'll consider changing to a +1. Hey Acer. Honestly I believe before applying, you should work on your image. This includes steering away from saying dumbshit in OOC (Which you like to do a lot) and just being more laid back especially in Teamspeak. But I believe if you work on your image a bit and reapply you'd make a good staff member and show how mature you can be. I believe You come off as toxic to a lot of new players who don't know you. So overall, work on your image, try to become less toxic before reapplying, and I believe in the future you'd make a good staff member and show your maturity. Good luck. -1.
