I think I can manage to solve a lot of problems with the proper assistance and knowledge, I have a simple understanding of how the staff operates in sits as well as comprehension of simple to complicated Gmod DarkRP mechanics that could be handy when dealing with sits. I’m not the best at explaining things to new players but when I see that a person wants to learn or needs an answer to their questions I’ll try my best to be helpful. I'm also generally not short-tempered but some situations can get me mad easily, this is not always the case either way I’ll never do something that would affect others in a bad way or act in a biased way toward other players when I'm on this mood, I understand that this is not a good attitude as a staff member but think this will be a problem either. I would also like to mention that everyone who knows me in the server can say that I don't lose my temper easily, that I'm pretty neutral most of the time, and that I'm always trying to have fun healthily. It doesn't matter who the person is I’m always respectful toward other players (When I have to face someone who is straight-up an evil person I usually ignore them since I don't like to offend or escalate things, in these kinds of situations my rule of thumb is “Report and move on”) and as a staff member I can represent the rest of the staff team correctly as a respectable and serious team as well as acting in that way. After returning to the server from a break I’ve been getting my feet wet with the day-by-day problems and scenarios, I’ve done a lot of things on the server and I think one of the activities left is being a staff member because I genuinely want to contribute more to the server. ¿Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? Seems like you didn't even read the suggestion at all lol. Besides that, -1: In my opinion the Obese playermodel should not come back or at least not as a chef helper as you mention it maybe as a completely different job and role, but I can't think of a good addition to your suggestion.

Description: Fix the bounty system in order to make the bounty hunter a playable job again Reasoning: Without the bounty system the bounty hunter is useless, this is a job that a lot of new players try to play as since you only need to be level 21 to unlock it, I've seen a lot of new players get on this job and ask in ooc "¿How does the bounty hunter work?". Back in the day the bounty hunter used to be a good way to get some money as a low level player and I think this should come back because it's obviously not a good thing to have a broken/unplayable job Additional information: This is a 2-year-old screenshot of what the bounty system used to look like

+1: Even though I would like to see more accessible/Hobo dumpsters around the map I also understand that it would be maybe too much, like Proggy just said : But I think that adding a few more wouldn't be bad, especially in those areas where there are no dumpsters at all. For instance, adding 1 to the industrial area and maybe 2 to the suburbs would be perfect in my opinion. Also, no dumpsters in the sewers that doesn't make sense

I don't know if the reason of the post is to see the opinion of the people on you as a staff member or maybe because of another reason, in that case I will say that no, you are not a bad staff in my opinion. If you are actually thinking on resigning, then take a small break and think about it .

I've seen you before but I still don't know you well enough to tell if you are a good person or not. Neutral almost a +1: Your application is not bad and I've interacted with you a few times, you seem to be a cool person based on those interactions. Another important thing to mention is that you know the rules pretty well so I will give you that. The only reason I'm not fully supportive is because of your playtime, I would suggest you to interact more with other people and play more. Good luck

-1: I've never interacted with you in-game before but I've seen you get warned and jailed a couple of times before: (/warnmenu in-game to check your active warns) (It would be great if you update your application with the missing information) Your application is not bad but I also remember seeing you at least once complain and lose your temper at the staff team in ooc for not taking your reports, I don't know how would you act with other staff members when something doesn't go as planned but based on the mentioned reactions you had you probably wouldn't react well. Because of this I'm giving you a -1. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you might improve after some time, so then I will change my opinion when I get to know you more and see more good stuff from you. -1: Your application is decent, your playtime is also decent. Even though you have changed over the course of your stay on the server I think you still need to get used to the rules and not be so "emotional" (I can't find a better word to use here), I've seen you a couple of times get mad over simple situations and break rules because of that. With that being said I think you can become a good staff member but not at the moment, there are some things that make me doubt about you becoming one, things like this: I would recommend you to show more commitment on the server and change your attitude (Which is not bad, just a little bit "emotional") and clarify the swastika situation. I think that your application is good and based on experiences I had with you (Which are not many) I'd say that you are a good person overall. But when it comes to being a staff member I'm not completely sure if you would be a good one. The reason I'm giving you a -1 is because of your playtime. I know for a fact that you spend a lot of time AFK in spawn because I've seen you there, which is not a good thing to do when everyone is asking you to get more involved in the community. After I see some commitment and some productive activity of your part I'm changing my opinion to a +1. So I would suggest you to do more meaningful stuff on the server. Good luck!
