You don't have to give up. Just follow the proper rules next time and everything will go better. If you read the rules, you should know you aren't allowed to advertise your application, and there is something you need to add that is found in the staff rules.

-1 Work on your behavior during sits and just towards players in general, and once most players are able to vouch for better behavior, I will +1. Regarding your application, it's decent; try adding more skills that sets you apart from other applicants or that could help the server.

+1 It looks like your did not start off too well, low hours, weak paragraphs, and minimal player interaction. However, not only has your playtime gone up around 25 hours in about three days, but it looks like you have also improved your paragraphs and have befriended some people in the community. I can see your dedication and your passion for becoming staff, and if your application ends up being denied, I highly suggest you re-apply. +1 After reading some responses, it seems you have a likeable personality and overall a chill guy. That's a great attribute to have when applying for staff, but another good attribute is being familiar with the community and the interactions you have with players. It looks like you prefer staying inside your base grinding, not that that's a bad thing, but going out to get a visual of the type of players that play on DarkRP is a good idea. You didn't have to make another application, you could've just edited the one you had. That aside, it looks like you have improved your application but not to a point to give you a +1. You need more work on those paragraphs, they are still short. You also have 6 warns, which is simply too much in my opinion. Try working on your behavior and familiarizing yourself with the rules to avoid breaking them from here on out. +1 I'm pretty sure I was the one that banned you for Mass RDM. After two weeks, you came back and found me, and told me that you learned to not repeat the same mistake. You've also been pretty active in-game, I've seen you a couple of times. You also seem like a genuine person that does not want to get into trouble. Your paragraphs at first weren't the best, but after receiving some feedback, it looks like you listened. Although your paragraphs could still be improved, I won't be picky about that because of your age. And regarding your grammar, all I'm going to say is that you have better grammar than some of the current staff members. It's good to see that you're actively checking your application, and improving it every time you get feedback. I feel that is an important aspect when creating an application; having an application that "wows" you is a plus, but not necessarily needed to be accepted. GL!

You don't have to make another application, you just edit the one you have right now. Regarding recording, you can download the free recording software called OBS. I personally use NVIDIA Shadowplay to clip stuff on gmod, but it's all personal preference.
