You have the hours, the reputation, the referrals, and the experience to become a staff member. I hope to see you on the staff team soon! I can sense your passion for becoming staff. But, if I'm being honest, those paragraphs are really short. I'm sure if you fix those up, more people will give you a positive rating. Make sure to also re-read the rules, there is a specific thing you need to add to the rule question.

-1 Like everyone else has said, those paragraphs need a bit more work. If you end up improving them, I'll happily change my -1 to a +1. It seems you're not checking your application that often, however. I hope you improve them before proggy makes his decision. Good luck!

+1 It looks like you improved your paragraphs after the feedback given. The biggest thing I'm iffy about right now are your warns. But again, I'm not a picky person; everyone makes mistakes. Just make sure to avoid breaking any rules moving forward. You have a tremendous amount of hours so I have no worries about lack of experience. Good luck, and continue being active! I simply don't trust you enough to become staff again.

-1 Add more details to your paragraphs because right now they're looking pretty mediocre. Also, you clearly haven't thoroughly went through all the rules; there is a specific thing you need to add to that question. According to Sofa, your behavior doesn't seem appropriate, especially when you're applying for staff. Make sure to stay out of trouble and be mature at all times. I've never seen you online but you have a decent staff app, so I'll +1. Also, make sure to stay out of trouble and you should be good. Good luck! EDIT: I have read over other staff member's opinions towards WohMi. I believe that behavior was not appropriate, but again that must have been at least a few months ago. If anyone can comment or provide proof of the same behavior happening now, I'll change my +1 to a -1.

Exactly, if they are already unraidable, why not try to fix this issue instead of making them even more unraidable? YOU might welcome all new players, but that doesn't mean others will do the same.

-1 If this is implemented, the entire server would be run by clans. Also, what would happen to the players that decide not to make/join a clan? It would be so difficult for them to successfully raid any of these bases with the number of players defending it. These bases would be practically unraidable. The top clans would essentially have money printing all day without any issues, no competition. I don't exactly think level 1 players would be accepted into an existing clan. If there are any workarounds to this, I will change my rating to a +1.

+1 When I was new to the server, I used hits to my advantage. My friend would essentially place hits on players that I went up to, making them "valid" kills. I can see how hits can easily be abused by players. Nowadays, not having the ability to build and/or having "strict" laws makes it difficult to survive as Mayor. There is always a hitman or an assassin following you around, where ever you go. And honestly, I don't hate that, but it would be nice to have a small cool down.

I remember I was the one that banned you for RDA, and I’m glad that you recognized the mistake after I explained it to you. I can vouch for your activity. You app looks great and all. However, I'm going to give you a -1 after reading Lancey's response. You shouldn't be returning to your base after getting killed during a raid. Before you apply, read the rules and actually apply them in-game. Don't break any rules and you should be good to go. I highly suggest you to apply later on after we see change in you! Good luck

I don't know Erza too well but I can vouch that I have seen change in him. Also Lynde, I'm sorry but I have to disagree. RDM'ing "friends" sure it can be considered an immature act, but does it make the person entirely immature? No. I have done this myself, do I consider myself immature? No. I have seen multiple staff members do this, does it make them immature? No. I know it doesn't change the fact that it's still RDM but it shouldn't determine if someone is mature or not. And like he stated, I haven't seen you both at all very much either, so you might not see his change. But I know where you're coming from. I just wanted to point that out.
