Unfortunately saying it even right before you post it or like an hour before, especially in ooc is generally frowned upon. Don't be discouraged though! There are a lot of (Especially darkrp) communities that often allow for toxicity in this regard, and so those players might not expect a ban over it immediately. Hence why I also mention we might have to give a little bit more grace on darkrp, given the "darkrp norm" people have come to expect. Also @Lex_ feel free to comment rather than just leaving a disagree, I'd love to hear what you disagree with on my post so we can talk about it on the thread (don't take this as an attack or anything, I'm genuinely curious about your thoughts and such)

I think this is a great idea personally, though I think we should have some sort of timer feature on it, worst case we can always still have them appeal it on the forums. I think darkrp we'd have to specify with having a bit more grace beforehand as well (as people talk more shit on there, and it's a bit more expected to be toxic than other servers) but I think all and all this could be a very good idea.

+1. Adric is well known for having created some of the most elaborate and insane events to have been run on darkrp, some of them before he even had a moderation role! Adric is the only person I have given immediate GM upon being added to the staff team (which is usually a T Admin+ thing if not given special permission on darkrp.) without even needing a test or anything beforehand (albeit he was taught procedure and such of course.) He has also been non-stop talking about star wars rp for a while now, and I think he really would do a good job as a star wars RP gm. While not all his events he has listed on the application stand out to me as "wow that's the most unique shit ever" on his list of events, I think the murder mystery in particular interests me as a very unique event. Knowing adric though, he would execute all his event ideas very well, and I believe even if a few don't fully interest me, they would interest a lot of people on the server. All and all, he seems like a very good candidate. I might not play star wars rp, I fully trust based on how Adric has acted not just in the DarkRP community but other parts of the Garnet community as well, and my experience seeing him grow as one of our best darkrp game masters ever, I believe he will make an amazing star wars rp gm as well. Good luck Adric, kick some ass, I know you won't disappoint.

Accepted (Partially) I agree with Toddd, I think this should be reduced to an unintentional mass ban based on the scenario on what you said, and the fact Toddd doesn't have any evidence to support it being malicious. I feel like Toddd did not gather enough evidence in this instance so I did have a talk with him about it, but no formal punishment will be given to him.

Yes, in fact propblocking spawn is one of the only bans you can do without warning someone beforehand, as it is generally a very outwardly mingy thing. One of the first hobo rules you will see is to not make toll booths anyways, if you took 5 minutes to read the rules, none of this would of happened. You literally admit to hopping on to your brothers account here, so yes. That is ban evasion. Read the rules next time. This is a permanent ban offense. Make stupid decisions, get stupid punishments.

I was asked by @Salmon (and @Horseyyy) to comment directly onto this appeal, so I will do so giving some input. Ace, you know I always tried to help you out, but you would constantly get yourself into trouble on darkrp, or even if you didn't cause it, you made things worse. This led you into a deep downward spiral and I noticed a significant change in you, in which you started to act more toxic towards people, getting you in to even worse situations. Now, I believe in second chances, and you were given a ton on Darkrp. However, I remember all my later interactions with you or when people talked about you to be incredibly toxic. Now recently, I have already been hearing reports of how you haven't changed at all and have been acting the exact same on star wars rp. To be completely honest, I do not think you should be unbanned. Your argument here is that you could prove yourself on the server, however I believe you have a long, long road ahead of you to fix your entire reputation on all the servers first before you can get this accepted. The fact I have people already telling me you are acting the exact same and yet you have this appeal up shocks me, and proves to me you still have not changed. You have a long way to go before grace is going to be extended out to you. You are already one ban away from a very, very long ban on Darkrp, so you really aren't in a position to be appealing this currently. I really hope to see you succeed and become the Ace I used to know, but for now, I don't think you have made any attempt to prove that you have changed and deserve a unban. You make stupid decisions, you get stupid punishments. If you can't handle not being toxic and following the rules (which you were unable to accomplish last I saw you, and people are telling me you are still acting the exact same as then) then you should not be unbanned. Accepted As a previous staff member you should know this is a really stupid fucking idea, however a permanent ban seems ridiculous. We will be reducing it to a month ban though due to the fact you were previously staff and either way, you should not be doing this sort of thing. It's understandable that it's a joke, however if someone had taken that seriously and just put the ban through without trying to confirm it, we would be in a very different situation right now.

I'm not sure why you haven't decided to respond to my comment earlier or to anyone's comments really, but it shows a lack of dedication in my opinion. I seriously recommend making some responses to some of the criticism you were given. I'd love to see you succeed, but as this app is going currently I think it's going to take another to be honest. You've seen all of them since you were last online 4 hours ago and @Papiraqi's was made 6 hours ago.

I think you should address what @Entity is talking about rather then crack jokes, just a friendly word of advice. Maybe some context could clear it up? It's your app and all, but I'm just throwing this out there.
