I created a four page staff handbook, a list of all commands that can be used by staff and what rank required, a promotions system based on numbers of punishments AND maturity of the staff member, and of course a staff roster containing their names and ranks. I do as well, and the reason that I do is because of situations like this. This suggestion would make it easier to understand where the area is, to avoid recording being required.

I was actually told by a staff member that this situation wouldn't be upheld in a sit. The reason for that is as follows: someone raids you, kills you, runs out of your base RDMing you in the street 3 times, then reports you for MassNLR. Without video evidence that the raider left the base and killed you in the street, you would get banned for MassNLR despite the fact that you didn't do it. This is yet another reason why NLR needs a defined zone.

You are correct in this statement, however I believe he is trying to get a clearer explanation of what "the scene/area" is. Per my previous post, I was warned while I was in spawn because I was "near the scene".

+1, NLR should apply to interiors just like KOS, I've been warned for NLR because I was standing in spawn across the street from my base.

This thread contains two suggestions: 1.) I believe RP names should be restricted somewhat, I've seen dozens of people with RP names containing the following: 6969, 0420, 4200, 0069, 1337, 8008, 8888, 7777, etc. Restricting names to not contain these so called "minge numbers" would make it easier for shock to wanted them, seeing as most CTs don't have a name, just a number. Repeating numbers are also an issue, because if a CT and a Trooper both have "7777" (like 5 people do i swear) it's almost impossible to make the CT wanted. 2.) The third floor should be completely restricted right off the stairwell, I've seen more CTs jump off the balcony than I wish to count. The only two doors on the third floor are restricted areas anyways. It would make it less confusing if we could just tell all new CTs that the entire third floor is restricted without proper clearance.

From an RP standpoint, Fragging is punishable from 10 months to 30 years. From an OOC standpoint, consensual RDM is still RDM. If your ban were to be reduced, it should be reconsidered as a NITRP ban instead. -1

+1, the current playermodels aren't bad but these would definitely be an improvement. The inclusion of ranks differentiating the player model is also very nice.

Regardless if you like to hold "friendly and nice sits" you can't warn everyone you come across for "cussing in a sit", it's not a rule. Diss in a sit is understandable, but he said "it sounds like fucking windows error sounds". You coincidentally not hearing the other player say "shut the fuck up" more than once to this player in a sit, held by you is by far the most ridiculous thing I've seen in this thread. +1 for removal, and I believe Fistedwaffles needs to be retrained since he believes he can choose what to warn people for in a sit regardless if its actually a rule or not.

I looked through the video, this contains the log where he warranted me at the time (i was the mayor). You can see that the warrant said "COP REVOLT", so that's at least one false warrant.

I witnessed the entire thing today, staff were nowhere to be found. mangoo and 3 other policemen were false warranting every base. -1

Thanks for the reply @Capalot. As I said in my previous post, it was in poor taste but in no way meant to be considered "mingy" or racist. I hope this clears up your thoughts when you tell me I was "clearly using it in a mingy manner".

You said multiple racist remarks in chat, each of them is a warning. Three warnings is a ban for NITRP, which is what happened. What's the issue? The ban seems legit to me lol

I was online when this guy had a meltdown, he was screaming racism in chat, spamming that he will do a chargeback, it was hilarious really. -1
