i agree with spilq its just common sense not to arrest staff because they know they will get warned and in trouble

+1 because Hobos now don't get to do much so this would be a fun thing for them to do while they wait for donations and stuff.

You have owned a sever but there is alot more a staff member does than just stoping rule breakers but you put alot of thought into it so +1 for that. -1 just for now
