Apart from the ban this guy has done no wrong, he was constantly on the server - when I was playing two weeks ago, and I assume he's kept playing. All the interactions I've had with him have been very positive so it's going to be a +1 from me

In addition to what Toxins said as this is already getting denied because you didn't use a format, I'll probably -1 it depending on your app. However I can suggest to take care when writing your application. Use grammarly or have someone you know look over it for errors like that. Make sure you have a minimum of 8 or so reasons of why you should be staff/picked over other people and use filler sentences to fluff in between those. Make sure you go in detail about warns/bans and finally take pride in your application. It's something that is going to be picked through thoroughly as us staff are trying to find all the ways to evaluate you. In any event I would like to see you on our team and good luck

I don't believe I need to input anything here but for the sake of this app I guess I will. After reading your app I had a few concerns, your ban for one, implies that you did not really understand the rules at first which is pretty important when becoming a staff. Some of your paragraphs were hard to read because of grammar but that's less important. I don't believe that I've met you once in game meaning that I can't really tell the kind of player you are, and based off of Lancey's comments I'm going to -1

I'm going to +1 this as well, I had a similar case as @xgggfx and almost lost all my printers at the time. I'd rather not have to layer my base weld it all, just for it to go bye bye when someone gravity guns it and walks through

Bro you don't even need to ask for my +1, and if you can add me to that list of referrals if you want because I believe I did say I would give you one when you applied. You're a very active staff member and you write 5 fucking paragraphs I don't even need to pause to think and I can't wait to see you on our team!

This will be my final response unless these errors are fixed, in my quote above I pointed out many spots where you've used commas and periods incorrectly, missed periods and other such. For example you would use scared instead of scarce, as the two have very different meanings. Due to these small errors being the reason for my -1, it will remain that way till fixed.

In all of these spots there are grammar errors and or the wrong words. Please fix. For example in the third one it says "admins are a viable asset" I believe you mean valuable.

It bothers me that you have failed to capitalize 10 of your i's, and I can count many other grammar errors in your application, until they are fixed I don't believe you tried your hardest on this application and will give a -1. Edit: I just reread your app and noticed you don't have the ability to record garry's mod. I would highly recommend downloading obs or another recording software as it helps when you need to prove something for a ban or other scenarios.

As much as I disagree with your grammar and your spelling, you're enthusiasm is something to be marveled at as you clearly have taken each option to become a staff member which is a good start. I would have waited for more hours and for you to get some more recognition in the community however it's still a +1 from me.

-1 As stated by the others you have improved your app, and I've seen you occasionally around the server but you don't have much playtime and reading others reactions to your app I don't feel like you're connected enough to other players considering no one offered you a referral. Regardless I would love to see you as apart of our staff team sometime in the future and if you don't get promoted from this app please reapply because I do think you can make a valuable contribution to the staff team.

-1 Mhmm Yeah I'm the one who gave him his final warn for failrp because he left and reconnected to get his printers back. The warn is only 1440 minutes just wait it out its not that long. Okay so you admit to reconnecting and you expect to be unbanned? I don't follow your logic. As for the part where you "didn't know" the rules for the server pop up every time you log in. I suggest you read over them carefully next time.
