What happened? (include any proof): I was at the front gate waiting for war to start and i was banned.
Why should your ban be removed?: I have never cheated on this server, I am under the impression I was falsely banned from suspicious gunfights that were submitted against me which I would be more than willing to provide my perspective if it helps.

I am going to -1. Because of this one clip, that maybe you just got lucky in, but it seems kinda sus how you hit a jumping one tap flicking onto me with an SKS or some type of rifle when you where looking the opposite direction.

No clips submitted by anyone other than myself were involved in the decision to ban you. I sat down with both Jim and D Rose and presented my evidence. Over the course of just 1 1/2 wars, I was able to clip 9 different occasions, 8 of which I deemed necessary to show the managers, where your combat exceeded “suspicious”. They came to a joint decision that the evidence showed you were using external assistance, and I put the string in. 
 

As a message to everyone, if you are not myself, Garcia, Jim, or D Rose, you should not be posting on this thread. No one besides these people can provide comments relevant to his appeal.

I can say right now he wasn't using external assistance I ran the lua stealer several times and not once did it pick up anyone else's luas apart from jammy?

If so show the evidence for the community to see 

You can disagree or cringe or what ever but i can guarantee that you've never used external luas or internal menus and it really shows because it seems youre basing these bans of circumstantial evidence, all im going to say is you need to rework how you deal with these accusations.

Wasn’t going to respond but for this, I just had to. I’ve cheated and turned myself in on Garnet Gaming. I’ve seen MANY different cheats in my time. I’ve tested your lua stealer theory against 3 cheats and only 1 showed, your lua stealer was Delta and my clips are all from Taiga, and most importantly the method used on Garcia has banned 3 of the last 4 cheaters with great precision.

So please get off your soapbox. Every person who has seen the clips, including those who have agreed with your post to show the evidence, agreed within seconds that Garcia should stay banned.

The evidence that has been provided solidifies the fact that this ban was right. The clips were reanylzed which concluded this appeal to be denied.
