Date & Time of incident: 8/7/20 Timezone: PST Ban Reason: MRDM How long were you banned for?: 2 weeks Proof of Ban: I cant add screenshots to this. What happened? (include any proof): Me and a few other people were killing each other and having fun in spawn. When we were fighting some random kid said I can kill him and I did. I then went afk since I had to do something in real life and when I was afk I got reported by the kid for rdm. Once I came back I was banned and i'm pretty sure you cant ban people while their afk. Here's the proof for when I was afk: https://streamable.com/aimxc1 Why should your ban be removed?: My ban should be removed because I was banned while afk and should have been talked to when I wasnt afk. It should also be removed because we were all killing each other and they allowed me to kill them and I should have been warned for the kid I accidentally killed. ShadowKing 138 Posted August 7, 2020 Share Posted August 7, 2020 Consensual RDM is still RDM and killing your friends over and over in spawn is still against the rules. The server is not a sandbox with your friends; it’s a community server. I checked through all the logs to see if there was any valid RP reason for the killing and as I couldn’t find any, I figured a ban was justified. In this case, a random person felt the need to report this mass killing in spawn as he was killed as well. 1 Link to comment

You can certainly ban people that are AFK if it is clear that they broke rules. If this wasnt the case, everyone would just go AFK when there was a report. Also interesting how you have a recording of you being banned while afk, but dont have a recording of the actual incident that took place a few minutes prior. Link to comment
