What happened? (include any proof): I was attempting to sell my printers to fellow raiders prior to leaving-  I had not realize the server reset and made me a citizen from when I logged in previously and was unaware of reset times as I am less than a week old on the server. I followed someone back to his base without my headset on, when he pulled a gun on me, i hid and adverted raid to raid him and respond to the gun pull as he had no KOS signs anyways. I killed him and another person inside and then killed 3 people who I assume was the same thief i killed once in the base. It was until they stopped coming back and I realized I had no keypad cracker to get out/seeing my naem in blue in the chat I realized i was a citizen class. I explained this in the sit, I argued with the other guy about money as this has happened to me 10+ times since joining and I have lost over 300k not 30k without admins doing anything (let alone banning someone). It was not mass RDM as I was under the interpretation I was 1) still raiding and 2) the guy scoming back were breaking NLR. it was 100% an accident and I explained this. The other guy understood this part and while he was mad about the money was telling the moderator to just let us go and to end the sit (the person who initiated it). The moderator instead muted the person who reported me and banned me anyways. https://prnt.sc/wn0u7t

 

I am 23, I work 10-12 hours a day. I do not need to deal with this immature nonsense when I get home like it is daycare. Please hire more mature staff and stop picking high schoolers that can't be reasonable and instead feel the need to power trip for no reason. I have seen 508 Rapt Fubar act inappropriately and handle other situations inappropriately as well through others in the short time i have been on this . My ideal resolution is either to get 1) a refund as I just started and was unaware of the issues this server had with managing sits or 2) an unban with the stipulation 508 Rapts can no longer handle my sits and must now pass me on to other staff
Why should your ban be removed?: It can't be mass rdm if you didn't know you were rdming and no one involved wanted a punishment except the admin on a power trip

Hi, I banned this guy for Mass RDM as he killed 3 different people, one of them NLRing twice, as a citizen, as seen on this video https://streamable.com/7opr26 . While Jonlleteur, the person who reported him, didn't seem too mad about it he also killed multiple other people as citizen and as you can't raid as citizen this would be considered Mass RDM.

I would not have killed those people if I was not under the impression I was in a raid and I thought they were breaking nlr because of said raid. The point of a punishment is to reform toxicity and create a better environment but all that has been achieved is a player who both pays, bring and  players to the server has been banned, to regular players who witnessed it live on discord it put off a few people I had committed to coming because everyone immediately saw how unnecessary you handled things. I guarantee any adult staff member over the age of 21 would tell you that it was as an obvious misunderstanding, and you can even see so in the chat logs. Misunderstandings should be dealt with and stopped but not out right punished for half a month when every report I’ve made where the staff has asked me if I want them punished it’s been a pretty easy yes this kid is obviously acting like a minge or no I see this persons view was clearly in accident in a not perfect rp environment .

 

idk why you are still framing this like I with intent went and killed people for no reason. I could have dealt with even a smaller punishment but given the circumstances I can tell you are still at home and have 0 real world responsibilities currently other than school with the manner in which you go about dealing with things from experience with my own staff members when I owned servers

No matter how you look at it, you raided as a citizen and killed 3+ people, which you even admit to here. I will not be reducing this to a 1 week ban due to the fact this could very well be a malicious Mass RDM. To be completely honest, consider yourself lucky you aren't having this increased for toxicity, you literally posting a screenshot of you saying that you will chargeback is not exactly a good look, and the things you have said on this appeal are incredibly toxic.

Rapts did nothing wrong.
