He's a cool guy & really fun to play with. His previous app didn't go too well, but I believe he learned from that mistake and that he truly just wants the best for the server.

It may be a little soon, but I don't see any problem with that. He has definitely shown how much he cares for the server over the time I've known him, and I think he'd make a great staff member.
