-1 It seems that your not that well know in the community as I have never seen before like others so I would recommend trying to meet people in the community. Also your paragraphs could do with a little work as they don't really say why  you stand out from other candidates.

-1 The only thing I'm going to say is that you need a better reputation within the community. I haven't really seen you in-game at all or much for that matter. I have seen you once this morning and from the conversations I had with you, you didn't really seem too fit for the job. Your maturity just from talking with you is a bit off-putting and I don't see you fit for the role of staff. The staff position holds high-standards, I just don't think you can hold up to those standards yet.
Nothing against you at all as a person, just build up your reputation and maturity a bit more.
