What happened? (include any proof): i Reported a guy for saying the hard R in game i recorded it and reported it. i entered the sit saying hey he the hard R he is the link, he watched it and said "ohhh yeah he did" then proceeded to ask if he was black the guy replied "Yes". then Valor or "Roxas" said it was Vinny's religious belief to say the hard R. i was a bit shocked with his response. It shouldn't depend on the skin color we all know that word is unacceptable. Someone wasn't paying attention in Ethnic Studies.

Unverifiable personal traits do not alter the way we enforce rules, at least that's how it works over here.
