What happened? (include any proof): Was in a sit with someone who was prop minging, they LTAPed and with both Cupidd and another staff member there the wrong Id was taken, they took the my ID the person who was reporting and used that in the ban. Honestly very upset and think it should warrant consideration of a demote, I am just coming back to the server after a long break and spent over 1mil on printers for that all to be gone and reset basically due to the ineptitude of a single person.

I'm going to deny this, here's why.

It's literally cupids first day, people do make mistakes. It's unfortunate what happened to you, however if we demoted everyone who's made a mistake we'd have a very, very small staff team. Cupid will be talked to about this, and if it happens again that will warrant a more serious punishment, however I'm not demoting him for making a small mistake I've seen even admins make before, especially on his first day.
