Traveling Merchant Suggestion

Description: I am suggesting a new class called the traveling merchant that unlocks at level 15-30 (I'm not sure exactly
which level it should be yet). This class would have an f4 menu where they could get some guns, some drugs, and some 
items from the black market dealers catalogue at a higher price. This class could also build on the street like a 
hobo.

Reasoning: This would benefit our server by adding another dealer class that people would use a lot. It would also help
alleviate a common problem I see with gun dealers selling guns in a shack they built on the street. People like duke
like to build stores on the street as a hobo where they buy/ sell goods, and adding this class could make a dedicated 
class for doing these things.
