Re-addition of the /roll command

Description:

Re-add the /roll command, obviously not globally this time.

 

Reasoning:

The /roll command can be very beneficial when it comes to RP, without it, mostly everything seems like powergaming. Virtually any RP scenario can benefit from it.

you do /roll and it generates a random number from 0-100

generally used to resolve instances in rp, i.e /roll to lockpick a crate, if you get below a certain number it wont open, etc.

I have personally used /roll multiple times before especially in event situations. It seems like the only reason it was removed was because it sent a message to global chat.

+1 to a LOCAL only /roll for RP situations.

I think this would be absolutely dope if this was implemented back into the server. First of all, it would make RP better which I believe the server needs. Because, it provides another chat command to RP with, Obviously. So yes, I fully agree, major +1 from me.

+1 - I think a Localized /roll would be very beneficial - I've also see some servers doing /dice for just "Passed/Failed" for more black and white things.
