Suggestion : Replace Commander cuffs with Elastic Restraint
Reason : With Elastic Restraints you can Blindfold someone this could add more RP to kidnappings and also Prevent Metagaming from Either side due to not being able to see

+1 if this is true, seems like there are no downsides to upgrading to this.

+1 Not really any downsides to doing so. If anything, we get an upgraded version of what we already have so. However, if it removes the ability to gag someone, then I wouldn't support it. As I think gagging someone is already very useful in certain situations.

It doesn't its basically commander cuffs with a blindfold, you can drag gag all that so its litterally the same as commander cuffs + Blindfolding
