What happened? (include any proof):  I signed in about 5 hours aog before making this post, it started out great, met a bunch of team mates and we based and it was going well, first i was raided by a mod and he threatened to ban me for not using exactly 40 point font and called us scumbags, told me im a scumbag for having VIP and noone cares if someone donates to support the server, and they wasted 25 minutes of me and my friends time before i dragged in another admin because of the threats to ban me.

 either way i digress i let it slide, we then base again and we are raided by DTA LUKE and his other firend DTA TONGANPOISON no big deal, upsetting but no big deal. but i walk away and they continue to pick fight over the OOC channel regarding the raid, they then mock a kid for using christ in one of his sentances as a way to express he is being honest. i will let the screenshots speak for themselves but in short, he mocked other players of different relgious beliefs and as a player with religous beliefs myself i just dont find this appropriate, i understand a joke but this was just not ncie at all especially from someone who is supposed to be repersenting this community.

So you complain about a S.Mod in your first paragraph doesn't regard me til the end cause I was the one who resolved both reports. You're reporting me cause I was slightly toxic. Alright then not much I need to say, also you kept saying "I pay to keep this server up monthly" I agree with smelly monke you are a scumbag. this is my response @Shin_Tsukimi deal with it however you want.

I never said "I pay to keep this server up monthly" but sure take it out of context like that. 

The idea that you should be respectful to your players isnt that hard to comprehend.

I was also involved in this situation. My in game name is "Billionaire". I would like to vouch for this as well as add a couple things. The first part is 100% accurate about the admin named something with "Monke" in his name calling us scumbags and immediately siding with the guy in his party he was raiding with. Not to mention he was the only admin online so he took it to his own accord to take the sit with a guy that HE JUST RAIDED with and himself(AGAINST ADMIN RULES), against the two people he just raided and told us we're scum bag VIPs. Eventually, to what we thought would be a relief ANOTHER ADMIN named  DTA Deviluke showed up and  told us that no one cares if we donate to support the server, not even the owner, and that we broke the rules so its over etc etc. After wasting 25-30 minutes in an admin sit I told them I just want to be warned so I can go back to playing the game. They warned us and moved ON AS DID WE. We were fine with moving on and taking the warnings. Then the second part comes in with DTA Devil luke with the screenshots and what he says in the chat to people. This is an AWFUL way to conduct business and if anything he is negatively impacting it. Over time he is not going to be beneficial to the server. We need admins who can be an unbiased mediator in a situation not someone who is going to call us scumbags, tell us no one cares if we donate, and then warn us and tp us back with no further discussion then proceed to raid us not 20 minutes later, and then proceed to slander personal religious beliefs and be honestly absolutely absurd as someone representing the server, as you can see in the screenshots. 

 

 

Hopefully this can show some timeline and clarify from another perspective what really went down. I think his actions should be questioned and some kind of punishment needs to come into play. The screenshots CLEARLY depict someone acting a way they should MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE when representing a server as an ADMIN. A senior ADMIN. This is the second time it happened, the first time we let it slide it wasn't so bad, but this is a blatant display of disregard for the server and disrespect towards players that want to help the server expand by donating.

I am gonna be defending monke, we are taught in training that if we are the only staff on at the time then we are allowed to take the report on ourselves.

I handled the sit with a neutral standpoint based off the evidence I was provided, move on from the warn. Overtime I know I'm not gonna be beneficial to the server everyone knows I won't yet I'm still not demoted...

Alright... then I guess its up to the managers at this point of what punishment they'll be giving me. But if you're gonna be that much of a snowflake then I guess you wouldn't survive in a COD4 lobby... but okay mr adult man that has work in the next 5 minutes.

For sure this was madness, I wasnt even involved in the forementioned raid and i was killed for bystanding... I mentioned it but never filed a report as it seemed useless to report an admin. He was blatant in his disregard for the beliefs of others, as well as the support so many players give. To see an admin use their powers in such a way and then to see him mock his server's players was distasteful to say the least, I strongly recommend an evaluation of this admin. Keep our servers friendly!

I handled the sit with a neutral standpoint based off the evidence I was provided, move on from the warn. Overtime I know I'm not gonna be beneficial to the server everyone knows I won't yet I'm still not demoted...

I think this alone is a large display of unprofessionalism and even he admits he is not beneficial, he clearly does not care about his rules and proceeds to abuse until his demise. I would also like to add, you have who you were speaking to mixed up, no one has work in 5 mins, and also the owner is making money off the server so seeing you act like that SHOULD BE an immediate turn off because you're simply not good for business, you admitted it yourself. Also nobody said anything about donating for special treatment, we told you one of us were considering donating, aka CHRIS SKY in game, not me, I have already donated plenty almost a YEAR ago, as explained in game. But you don't listen you just throw out warns. TO CLARIFY, We came back to this server after a large hiatus and Chris Sky in game was considering buying the weapons to the point that I have (the permanents) and now he no longer wants to do that because he doesn't trust that he is in good hands with the admins, and fears he will be banned unjustly and not able to use his items. I also fear this, but I donated so long ago it doesn't really affect me at all. I am just vouching on Sky Chris's side you are very far gone and a disrespectful, bad representation of the server. The casualism and rudeness in your replies is enough to show to anybody reasonable this should be looked into...if you benefit the server or not, you shouldn't be saying slanderous things in the chat about religion, you don't know who you could be affecting, and this is VERY WRONG. (if no one told you I assume you're young)

You were in the party as a gun dealer with 2 cyber thiefs and basing with them so failrp 1. You would've countered my raid with tongan but sorry i shoul'dve waited for you to advert counter!

I wasnt going to counter because I respected the raid and I was aware I could not be involved in a raid as a dealer, I was a gun dealer for a short while because there currently were none.

If there was a priority list of the concerns weve gone over today, failrp would be at the bottom. 

Honestly shocked you were given the responsibility to begin with, I cant agree more with DedBeard, an evaluation is more then overdue.

FailRP is the bottom of the totem pole here(out of everything that has happened)...I agree with the two above this should be looked into, I'd honestly be shocked if he wasn't at the very least spoken with about his actions. I would also like to add that he has admitted to multiple rule breakings as an admin and RPing as a player alike, and yet we are the ones sitting with warnings on our accounts.

While I'm not at all worried about him making a joke about someone's beliefs (let's be real here, it's darkrp. The key word though is JOKE, not just being a dick about someone's beliefs, which I believe fetns statement was a joke) he could of very easily diffused the situation or at the very least apologized instead of being a massive dick. After talking to the management team, we've come up with a suitable outcome for this. I do expect a certain degree of respect towards anyone coming from a Senior Admin, and while both parties really seemed to gaslight this thing, this could of been avoided easily with a simple apology rather then allowing it to spiral out of control like this.
