    Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]:

I think i should be choose over other applicants because im always active on the server interacting with other people and occasionally ill even invite some of my friends to join garnet and play trying to grow the server.  I used to be a little bit of a trouble maker on garnet, but i have changed i come to people with respect and don't down talk anyone and would consider my self a well respectable player. One of the main reasons i would like to help is because i tend to get on early in the morning and most the time there is no staff on. This is a big problem in the community due to people constantly mass rdming and prop blocking spawn and theres no one to do anything about it. Im 16 years old i know how to think for my self and make the right choice being able to help this server grow and thrive because i see less and less people on everyday. If we have staff on showing and teaching how to play responsibly maybe more new people would stay but when there no staff on and staff not doing anything there's no help causing new people to leave.

Ill be able to record, screenshot anything needed from you guys and will be able to train as soon as possible so i can start making this server gradually better and better. Ive also owned discord server and modded in discord server with 15k people and owned one with 3k people. I'm really dedicated to garnet and have spent money on it and i usually dont spend money on games because i may give up one day. But i know im gonna really rock with garnet and be here for the long run so you wouldn't have to worry about me quitting or doing a LOA. If players start to become toxic or start talking bad i will not hold grudges or be offended by it because i will be the bigger person in the situation. in conclusion this is the reason why i think should be chosen over other applicants i hope you guys look at this and like what ive had to say and take this into consideration.

    Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: yes i have previously been banned for acceding the warn limit 2x and a UMRDM but these were in the past now i veer away from trouble and recently haven't got many to no warns

    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:No

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?:So I'm still in high school so sometimes its virtual and sometimes its not so on the days where I'm virtual ill have all day 8+ hours or so because i wont be at school and on the days where I go in person I would have 6+ or so because ill be at school all day and on the weekends I'm usually free all weekend. That's the amount of time I would have to contribute to the role. but it would be a good ammount of time as im currently active on the server a lot.

 If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?I have currently a seasonal job but my next season doesn't start until Easter and i also play football so during the season i would tend to that and my practices.

Don't worry about it though, I made the same mistake when I first tried applying.

One of the first staff rules say that you shouldn't advertise your app anywhere.

As I said though, I made the same mistake so I understand

West everything is cool + i'm confirming my referral, but the staff app advertising was not allowed. While i was in a party with you and i Know it was a mistake even if you  didn't link it is still a promo of a staff app

if you don’t mind me asking me saying that i’m gonna apply for staff is advertising…i said this like an hour or so before i even decided to officially even apply could u show proof of time when i said this just so we can compare so my application dosent get garnished

Sums it up for me pretty well.

You may apply in 3 days. That is a direct violation of the staff rules which if you actually look back on apps we've denied them for the exact same thing. Unfortunately the message Israel sent is enough for it to be advertising it (as you are letting everyone know in ooc you have an application up)

 

Do not reuse your paragraphs on the next application if you decide to apply again, and good luck man!

 

Unfortunately saying it even right before you post it or like an hour before, especially in ooc is generally frowned upon. Don't be discouraged though! Just because this was denied does not mean your next one will be. It looks like you have a lot of positive community support. Just use this time to build up your reputation even more!
