I intend to help this server in a variety of ways. With my knowledge of the player base and the community as a whole, I can almost promise that these objectives will be met. I'd like to assist players with problems both inside and outside the community. The objectives that I wish to complete as staff are, to assure that all players play a well staffed, fun and fair server. With my activity I can accomplish my goals that I have as a staff member. With my activity on the server I will be almost open for TP's, questions/problems inside or outside the server and help out with events for either side. During any staff situations I will always be fair no matter who they are and what they have done. With my help the staff can accomplish goals the staff has set for themselves and others. 

I have been playing this server for some time now. My biggest advantage I have over some staff currently is my experience. With my experience I know how to properly staff and what do in certain situations that current staff do not know how to react or what to do. I will also be really active on forums and discord. So if anything does happen on either platform I will be there to resolve/fix the problem/questions. But that isn't really my end game goal this time around as a staff member. Being a staff member will help me achieve something that a lot of staff have trouble doing. I will set an example to all users and staff members. I want new players to see a well fitted staff member and a well fitted leader. Which is all me and what is I want to see with the future of the staff team. As a staff member I can and will achieve this goal of mine. With my experience I know how to react and how not to react in certain problems or other.  However, as a member of staff, I will be setting an example for users and other staff members. This could include roleplaying, assisting other staff, clarifying rules , and assisting base factions with any problems or other.

Naas is an absolute unit when it comes down to server affairs. Man actually cares about helping out newer players and actually give them a good glance at what we do here and how they can get better. Have been staff with him previously, always has been a great help. Good luck.

I rarely comment staff applications but this application is one I'll definitely give feedback on. Some people might think I'm being biased for commenting my opinion being Naas is in my Rangers but there's a lot more to it. I've known Naas for over a year now, and I have never seen one bad thing come from this kid. He's always had an awesome reputation and is fun to be around. He's done a lot for the server through out his time here, like leading SOC factions, joining 11A to help them during rough times, trained a ton of recruits (still does) and always answering questions in chat. Naas also talks to players on a level they feel they're being appreciated and listened to. Most players don't care about really stopping to talk to someone that has a question, but Naas does that with no hesitation. 

Seeing how Naas was willing to come help me out with reviving Rangers shows how he actually does care for the server. He came right into Rangers with me and has been running it with me since I was appointed COL. Our communication is on point, and we always go through everything with each other before executing it. Which shows he cares for a second opinion on things before he makes a final decision. Overall Naas is a great kid and will definitely be a huge asset to the staff team again.
