What happened? (include any proof): I was banned for NITRP because I decided to not become a clone and become a civilian instead. I decided this yesterday after resigning from my battalion and wanting to try another aspect of clone war rp that always gets overlooked. I will begin with the events chronologically leading up to my ban. I logged onto the server and requested to be made a civilian, after this request staff told me no so I stayed in the spawn (RR room) changed up my outfit and become a civilian barred from exiting the base. A little while later an admin came to me and basically told me to stop talking in ooc or trying to become a civilian. He said to talk to the SA (Super Admin) who I believe he named Bishop about it. I then dmed a SA on the clone wars discord server and then proceeded to wait in spawn (the RR room) some time. After a little while two new people joined the server and wanted to be trained. However, since there was no trainers in or around the RR room at the time I decided to teach them all the stuff they needed to know for the quiz (which they took and passed by the way). After this three troopers from the 327th entered the RR room and requested a CG to them so I could be arrested. The 327th and the CG arrested me brought me to the brig and said I was arrested for trespassing. I then said "if I was arrested for trespassing then the republic officially recognizes me as a civilian" (said something to that effect). The CG then told me that I would be in jail for 10 minutes and released after that amount of time. (I know this is an exhausting read and I am trying to simplify it down as much as possible but I am writing out everything that has happened to give an accurate description of the situation). After about 7-8 minutes of me being in jail I was escorted out and taken to the interrogation room where an ARC trooper by the name of ARC-06 interrogated me. Halfway through this interrogation I was respawned by an admin (not sure who) and respawned in the RR room again. This time I ran away from the CG when they tried to arrest me because there is a thing called NLR if I am not mistaken. Anyway I get arrested again by the CG and the ARC trooper taken to I believe the ARC bunks and shot. Now let me pause right here and explain a few things, if I was arrested in the RR room for trespassing then I would be officiated as a civilian and the fact that CG and ARC shot me and violated there Golden Rule even provides further proof to my cause that I was not recognized as a clone to them. After being executed by CG and ARC I then respawned in the RR room and a staff member teleports to me and tells me that I am being banned for NITRP. I try to defend myself but to no avail and end up getting banned for 1 week.

Why should your ban be removed?: I believe my ban should be removed because the evidence shows that I have failed to meet the standards or qualifications of breaking the rule No Intent to Role Play. Throughout the explanation above I have had constant intent to role play on the server while abiding all server rules. As the term NITRP or even phrase No Intent to Role Play is not even in the Garnet clone wars server rules I will not define other than as No Intent to Role Play. However I would like to point out all the evidence to show that I did in fact have intent to role play. 

1. I helped train two CT's as well as helped them pass there quiz.

2. I did not resist while I was being arrested and complied with all requests from my arrestors/interrogators.

3. I obeyed all staff instructions to wait in the RR room up until the point I was arrested and forcefully taken from the RR room.

 

Throughout this whole situation I had intent to role play as a different role on the server which is feasible. I did and do have currently intent to RP. I have received no warnings or bans at all up until this point and I view this ban as unjustly warranted. Are there any server rules which state that once you join the server you must be a clone? No. Are there any server rules which state that everyone who joins the server must go through clone training? No. Am I trying to find a loophole in any rule or exploit any rule? No (this is because there are no rules which force me to become a clone as my role). Am I trying to achieve an unfeasible role which constitutes to power gaming? No (yes the almighty civilian role will rule the server of course "sarcasm" for real though I am neither taking control of nor initiating any major events by being a random civilian. I hope this ban is overturned because I truly do have intent to RP and if the reasons above aren't proof enough I hope that the fact I recorded and advertised this server through my Youtube/Twitch channel can show that I do have intent to role play in a creative way which abides by ALL the server rules set forth and does not damage other peoples RP/gameplay experience.

After careful review of your appeal and the events pertaining/leading up to your ban. We regretfully inform you that your request for an appeal of your ban has been denied at this time. This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:

Whilst there is no formal rule for "NITRP", it is stated in the rules that a certain level of common sense is to be applied. NITRP is an extremely common term in reference to virtually any DarkRP/RP Based Service. It is not a rule of the server, it is a term used in absence of compliance of the rules. NITRP is authorized to be used by the staff-protocols on nearly all Garnet servers. In reference to SWRP, the punishment guidelines/authorized bans are publicly posted.

Your whole appeal hedges to bet on everything in any possible scenario between now and the end of the server is not covered in the rule book even things that aren't server rules, such as server dynamics. You are loading on to a CloneWarsRP server, you are to roleplay as a Clone/Navy/Jedi. That is how the server is run, devoid of being written in the rule book or not.. Everyone must go through training, again how the server is set up. 

You are attempting to loophole the server rules by claiming rules that aren't actually rules aren't in the rulebook aren't there so you must be allowed to do it! This is a best case scenario/example of loop holing.
"It doesn't say I cant call order 66 in the rules, so I must be able to do it!"

You have listed many of occasions that have resulted in negative interactions within RP on multiple occasions and have been referred to staff to handle, again on multiple occasions. Thusly a ban is justified for such.
