    Past experiences as staff: [Optional] I've been staff on SWRP servers in the past, and large Gmod servers that have since closed down. 
    Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe that I'm a good choice for the staff team due to my high availability during the later hours of the night, and my high activity.  I'm generally a very chill person with a good sense of right from wrong.  I have the ability to enforce rules and deal with high stress situations (I.E. Large number of sits alone) due to my experience with my actual job.  I'm eager to learn from people with experience whether its general Gmod knowledge or how to staff effectively on a high population server.  I'm very responsible and like to be a part of communities and keep them clean and orderly. 

I believe choosing me for the staff team would be a great decision and I can help out a lot. I genuinely would like to take sits and help people out. I genuinely would like to make garnet a better server.  I like to see new players grow and learn what to do on the server, whether its just learning how to make fading doors, or how to make money. Being a part of this experience would be very fulfilling and make me feel like I did something valuable with my time on the server.  Alongside new players, I like to see the regulars and make sure that they have a fun and easy time on garnet without having to worry about rule breakers and minging. 
    Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details Yes, I've been banned for RDM on servers when I was younger and Immature.

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: At least 4-5 hours on week days, More on weekends. 
    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? I like to build PC's and play Destiny and Super Smash Bros with my buddies.

I have never had any bad interactions with this dude.  Very chill, and has good paragraphs. Playtime could use a little work, but with how many GMOD hours you have, I believe it shouldn't be a problem.

Dont use forums much but I would like to comment on this one.

I've known Salteeeens since I was 16 (im 20 now) and he has always carried himself in a professional manner. I personally would never choose to be staff speaking im going into the military and I would be inactive regardless but I truely believe this player would go above and beyond to make garnet a better place.

Great guy, once sold his printers to me but he dc'ed but he did make an effort to make amends and offered me the money I lost.
