What happened? (include any proof): I dont even know what happened I wasnt even on the server at the time of this ban and when i tried logging in this moring i was banned for 2 weeks for MRDM which i didnt do cause i wasnt even on the server.
Why should your ban be removed?: My ban should be removed cause I never MRDMed,  like I said I wasnt even on the server when i was banned.

Just want to add as a side note which I don't have a screenshot of but he was reported several times for this but I could not prove it every time.

Kills cop, Kills person recording, then continues to kill the other person that was walking around them (checked logs to make sure)

3 Kills make you eligible for Mass RDM. Up to everyone else if you would want to make this a warn instead but I was being pressured to get rid of him because many people disliked him for starting arguments in chat, killing them, etc. he was obviously causing issues and this is what I saw.

 

As a note to you Goofy, I don't personally dislike you but after disrespecting everyone that brought you to a sit including me - I believe a ban is justified not only for the RDM but for all other reasons that were not included in it. I also understand you were not on the server at the time of the ban but you had just logged off as a sit was called on you and the reporter who I believe is 1998 Toyota Corolla, had provided me that clip.

ACCEPTED

Having reviewed the evidence, there is only one RDM shown. This was when you killed the player 'Toyota Corrolla' who was recording the incident. The killing of the police officer was fair as he had his arrest baton out and was actively trying to arrest you. There is no evidence to show any further kills and after speaking with Void, he doesn't have anything else to add. The other concerns mentioned do not substantiate a ban for MRDM.

You will be unbanned, but you will be warned for the single RDM.
On behalf of the staff team I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. Void has been spoken to about ensuring he collects suitable evidence to support his bans in the future.
