What happened? (include any proof): So what happened is this guy came up to me and started to bang props at my base and I went out and I saw him. I killed him since he was annoying me and didn't stop so I just killed him and he just came back and did it again and I killed him again and he came back and he stopped and then I thought he was going to do it again so I just shot him and he reported me for MRDM and got me banned.
Why should your ban be removed?: My ban should be removed because the guy was prop-minging and breaking NLR for like 4 times and I am stupid for not reporting him for breaking NLR and prop-minging I forgot to report him so yea.

it's your responsibility to report. even if he was minging, you gotta report it plus you admitted to it.

You need to report when this happens, not taking matters into your own hands.

Unfortunately, while this player was breaking rules,  it's not your responsibility to kill him. 
If he was prop-slamming, or broke NLR you should have made a /report.

It's never your job to deal out punishments for breaking server rules as a VIP or user.

Because you did kill him 5 times without a valid roleplay reason, and because there was no lack of intention,

There's not much I can do besides let you ride out the ban and hope for better next time.
