-1. I have never met you in game to my knowledge. Missing part of application. As for anyone saying age, that shouldn't be a reason to -1 as 13 is the lowest age one can be as staff. 
Off-topic a bit, but I feel that if you have issue with the age of an applicant that is within the range then you should make it a point of discussion at a staff meeting.
