Allow people onto an extended area for building

Make an event or an option to allow people on to the GM_Flatgrass on top of the map, (or some other large area). Allowing people to build unrestrictedly. This could be an additional VIP ability where they could have the ability to build up there and all could come and check it out. This would promote more to buy VIP, as well as promote creativity within the community. People with this new area could build new experiences and game modes for the server. You could also add a new perk on the donation menu to increase you're prop limit further. TL;DR RP_Tits is terrible for building surfmaps, and you could introduce new ways of obtaining income through donations.

and make it so when u get up there it automatically gives u a davy crocket, i also think that if ur up there it should enable all tool gun tools and get rid of prop limit
