Full week of workout plus extra workout done for that week

Just wanted to let you know I do lift. I started doing lifts a couple months ago if not longer.recently finished 75-85 reps in roughly 10 or 11sets. done this week on a 4.5kg weights (max dumbbells I have home workout) It’s not much but I can say my muscle mass slightly increased and I am getting a good pain feeling but sometimes the pain travels to the neck down to the pelvis. I was thinking maybe if I increased it 25 more reps every two weeks but idk? but eh that’s what I do besides gaming.
