StS Dog Breaking rules and attempting to evade punishment as well as IRL Harrasment

What happened? (include any proof): Report #1 (The punishment Evasion) So he stole 1 million dollars from me the day before the incident, and didn't give it back. We had beef ever since and what he decided to do was kill me when I was in Derpzas Hospital (keep in mind that they are NOT in a party). There was a KOS sign and all but only Derpzas, before reporting him I checked to see if they were in a party together and they were NOT. Then I reported him and in the active sit, he said they were in a party and when I checked they were. This means that StS Dog attempted to evade punishment by lying in a sit about being in a party.

 Report #2 (The harrasment) He decided to go on and say stuff like, hey my parents were in the spa and my power went out and you wouldn't understand that because you are living in the SLUMS. He said this repeatedly and kept of harrasing me. He also stated that he had 11 alts and that I cannot afford alts. This kind of disrespect and rule-breaking is unacceptable from a moderator.
