Over a year ago, i was a staff member on this server. it was my first experience as a staff member and honestly i didn't really know what to do. that's where ill admit i was wrong the situation we had, i handled it incorrectly. i was a new staff member, i was alone, and i didn't properly understand the rules completely. so for that i truly apologize i screwed up. now that i came back to the Garnet Gaming community i figured i could get a new start. a whole year had passed and i had learned a lot of life lessons on maturity and not letting people get under my skin But, boy was i wrong. i had played for a few weeks without much of a problem but then where i screwed up again by filling out a staff Application. that's when SantaMyClanta decided to dig up our old feud from before. i was honestly ready to let it go, i had, had enough of it and didn't want to dwell on it but clearly Santa had not. he posted on my staff application. he posted a picture of my bans and stated i ban evaded and such. i then go to join the server to instantly be harassed with comments like oh turles the ban evader and went as  far as following me around while i minded my own business calling me names. this did not stop with that visit because several days later the harassment continues. i am 100% willing to forgive Santa. i just want this stupid feud to end. honestly it's been over and done with.

Ok so honestly yes I agree you should by rights be banned. then again I wasn't around back when you first got banned maybe you have changed and maybe you do deserve a second chance. But personally nobody deserves the harrasment. I'm going to +1 this due to the fact that it is harrassment. Honestly tho mate if you get a ban no matter how long it is you should obey it next time.

not necessarily. No correlation with the in game names in the screenshots and Santa's steam ID. and yes I did check logs to see if I could gather some harder evidence.

What you should have done was make an in game report with this proof so that way Noct (the staff member who was on at the time) could gather logs of   @SantaMyClanta's steam id changing names so you could use it in this forum post, but you didn't.

No sufficient evidence. No logs showing him changing names, or if any of those names are even him. You can /id name and get the steamID of that person which would help immensely with this report. However, due to there being no connections with the steamID of the accused and those in-game, you can't do much.

I would like to +1 this but as Grace said, you didn't get the boys ID. If he continues to harass you the next time you get on the server, make sure you get all the shit you can on him as possible. That would include his ID, any proof that would help your claim, etc. etc.

Someone could have easily changed their ign to SantaMyClanta and "harassed" you in OOC just to frame me. Get some real evidence boi. The person who you meant to report was Miraak. :X
