At this point, more so than lower ranks, promotions are never guaranteed, even if performance is good. These are the staff I look at that I expect to be able to work with me in the future as a higher rank and able to put in great effort and bring ideas to the table. This rank now requires more than sits and handling basic division tasks. You're trying to impress me. If you are unable to do so, there is nothing wrong with sitting at that rank and continuing to assist the community. I just don't want to see complacency and rank expectations. Thanks. Why is the server called MilitaryRP and not TDM? There is no part of the server that even represents the military in a real light.
