What happened? Hi there. As I Was the one to issue the ban I will go ahead and post the evidence that I collected in regards to your ban. I would first like to say that we as staff members even though you are not reported for MassRDM are still allowed to take into account other kills that you have done. Whether they be on the same person or not. Or whether other players reported you or not. If we see that you MassRDM we can still ban for that.
You also stated that I said that I didn't care if you were reported for mass or not. That is not what I said I didn't care about. You said that if I banned you for mass even though you weren't reported for such that you would report me for it then I said I didn't care if you reported me because I am just doing my job as a staff member on the server. As far as you instigating what I was referring to the instigation was in the logs it shows who dealt damage first "The Instigator" of the attack.

After careful review of your appeal and the events pertaining/leading up to your ban. We regretfully inform you that your request for an appeal of your ban has been denied at this time. This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:

The evidence is pretty straightforward. You instigated killing on 3 separate occasions without a reason.
That's RDM, and done 3 times is Mass.
Your clips don't show anything relevant. Your third clip would show the other person as being the instigator in logs (not included in the evidence provided by Orion for your ban.) As for "why he didn't tell you this at the time," explaining the staff rules to reportees every time we put a ban through isn't one of our policies.
