Changing my +1 reason. Yes, as Zoro said before, you have to be an IDIOT to fall for that. However, he entered a base as a citizen and blew up printers. Citizens can own printers, however they cannot raid and can only counter. Since he adverted nothing and blew up printers, a warn for FailRP should be issued.
