because I can put the hard work in . I’m Really at good team worker . I also love to help. I put in the effort.i know I can handle the rank . Can can easily get along with most people . I have been mod on another server for about a month and a half. So I know most of what I’m doing all it is it’s a different server . 

 

Beginning: After being on the Garnatgameing servers  for a few months .I know this is the time to apply. I feel like I know what I’m doing I hole lot more . I mean I just love the community it’s just my main server I play on.Now it’s been I minute since i applied last so I would love to have a chance so I can be a part of this community .I can take sit pretty well on the server that I was mod on I got like 200+ sits in a month . I would love to be a member of staff it makes me feel like I’m helping for the better.

 

Maturity and responsibility: I believe myself to be a easy going person. I feel like I can take care of a problem when need be . I feel like I do make some mistakes but don’t we all. When I do make a mistake I want to know what i did wrong so I can become better. I try my best to get as much information as I can to try and benefit myself. If a new comer to the Garnatgameing server makes a mistake I try my very best to let them know what they did wrong.so there for in the future they do not make that mistake.Now I won’t lie to anyone but in the past I did get a little heated but I’m working really hard to be calmer with ether people. I try to help everyone the best I can .I can be responsible when I have to I know this is a BIG responsibility to have. But I know I am ready for it.

 

 

 

Activity:I personally feel like I have a good activity on the server. I have 24h in the servers . I also feel like I have gotten my forum active up. I intend to keep growing. You know I just love the community it’s the server I play on the most. Each time I play I try to play for 3 to 4 hours. Who just sets down and plays for 5 minutes. I’m not sure how long I have sit watch but I do sit watch when im bored. I’m not that person that will AFK for hours in the server. Now I won’t lie I have gone AFK before but just for a few minutes that’s all.

 

 

Attitude:I will be nice and calm. I will also be more professional. I will work harder at the task at hand. I feel as so if the job is not done right then what is it worth doing. I will put 110% in the task I’m doing. I believe I can work hard. I will be putting all my effort in to this 

 

 

 

 

Additional info: I just want to first off say thank you for taking the time to read all this and tacking up your time. And I also want to say thank you to the Community. I just love this community in fact that’s one of the reason I want to be mod.And in doing this I hope to one day work hard enough to become the rank of admin . Thank you so much of your time.

Why did you format it this way? Put the reason under the part where it asks for paragraphs and make the text smaller. We can see just fine. -1 till format is fixed.

Well that's cause that is what we expect from every staff member and that's what we don't get half the time, especially from our newer staff.

+1 the app is good I'd just decrease the font and move the paragraphs to the "Why should we choose you over other applicants" part.

Your paragraphs lack any sense of originality, like bro I see what you've wrote on basically every other persons staff app, which just gives me the vibes that you're not putting in enough effort. I'm not seeing any reason I should pick you out of anyone else who has applied, give me a reason that I haven't heard before 'n' I might change my response.
Also god damn it fix the fucking app, make the font a shit ton smoler bro, youve been told so many times now. Its hard to read otherwise, Max size you should have your font is 12 to 14 in my opinion.

-1 Font size is way too big. Paragraphs are so generic and seems like you just wrote this with little to no care. Nothing that shows any unique things about you or what you’d bring to the table. Grammar mistakes also show a lack of a re-read which shows me that you didn’t care enough to look over your app again.

Put some effort into the paragraphs. Put things that you personally could to do help the server. But reading this gave me an stroke. Drop the font size, it doesn't make your application longer. You have 24 hours.
