    Why should we choose you over other applicants?        A little bit about me. I'm a sophmore in highschool hoping to go and pursue a Military career. I'm not gonna sit here and make up some long sob story about why you should choose me I'm just gonna tell you the truth. I have been playing on Garnet servers for a very long time. I believe late 2015 or early 2016. And yes I do have a reputation for formally being a cringey toxic kid. But I've matured a lot recently. I try to be more friendly to people of the community and only needing to be rude when necessary. This server and community has been a big part of my life and all I want to do is ensure it can live on and influence other people as it has mine. I want people to tell thier freinds about this server. I want to see the server full of people not having to worry of some guy that's going to RDM or RDA them. I'm hoping to shed the rumor that garnet is "Corrupt" and "Unfair". I want people to call garnet "Fun" and "Freindly"

 I also hope to make the server enjoyable so people will come back. I've seen so many people leave after there first day beacuse they were mass RDMed or Flase Warrented. Like I said before. I'm a long term member and it's great seeing other long term members still play. I want everyone to not have to deal with minges who just ruin the game for everyone. I really care about this server. I care about ita future I want it to keep its player base and grow even bigger. Everytime I see someone asking for someone to take their sit I just sit there wanting to help. Its painful seeing players turn down coming back beacuse of their bad first time. I'm tired of raids being ruined by people breaking NLR or failbasing. I just want to help this server be the best it can.  Ik I can't stop every single minge. But I would love to help even just a little bit. 
    Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I believe I've had only 2 bans that werent appealed. 1 for harrassment like. A year or 2 back. And one for RDMing garnet. 
    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: this is my first app
    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: on the weekdays it depends. But atleast 2 hours each day. And on the weekend probably around 5 or 6 a day
    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I lm the roadie in my freinds metal band and I'm learning on how to play bass. And working to get into NHS.

Grammar and punctuation could use some work.

Instead of saying that people are a n g e r y and they don't get sits, say what you'd bring into the staff team. It's as effective as saying, "The other staff are bad, choose me, I'm a gamer that plays 24 hours a day."

Yuri would make a fantastic moderator, especially from the recent interactions I've had with them. Wouldn't take much for Yuri to be one of the most remembered and influential staff of Garnet. +1

+1 I feel the same way. Have gotten to know Yuri over this past week and he seems like a very chill dude. Just needs to fix some grammar mistakes in the application. He would also be very dedicated to his role. I can testify that when I was basing with him he did want to take sits to try and help out the server. I feel he would be a great addition to the staffing team.
