What happened? (include any proof): I threatened Toe and told him that his past would catch up to him and I would have my revenge, I do not exactly remember what happened but I know that what I did was wrong and I apologize.
Why should your ban be removed?: I was extremely intoxicated and I sincerely do apologize to Toe, if I am un banned I assure you I will never do this again and I am sorry.

That is not specifically what you had said. What you said was, quote on quote of  " Go fuck yourself faggot, you gun get whats coming to you" . Now remember you said this after dissing me 2x in ooc. I will upload the ss shorty.Other staff memebers agreed it was a bannable offence because it was a threat, and even sent me the format so I can ban him.

He will get what's coming to him after I upload him breaking multiple server rules then banning me before I could do anything about it LOL, I only dissed him twice in ooc it wasn't a threat, it is something that's going to happen, I will upload the footage, and he will get what's coming to him, as I see it the only thing I did wrong was call him a faggot.. weird how I was banned for that?
