But if it's a contract to assist in war, it's kinda silly to go one life, don't ya think?

Well, in the long term, what difference is 5-10 guys going to make in a war? The point of hiring them is for specific purposes, not vague things like 'go war now'. Having a single life can make a war scenario play out like this.

G4S have a head start on a war and are hired by one side. G4S set up between the enemy and objectives prior to the start of the war. G4S use the element of surprise to catch the first wave of enemy troops off guard and keep them off the capture points long enough for the employing side to get a solid hold before G4S backs off.

It's simple, can be done in a single life, and can make a huge difference.

I could see that, them being specifically contracted to help take a specific point if the faction is desperate enough to get that support.

Actually let me make a list real quick. Order will be from lowest tier equipment to highest and attached will be each piece of equipment's primary utilization and when purchased equipment will only be available for a single life. These are purely examples:

Firearms:
-FN-SCAR, Assault-Escort Contracts.
-FMG-9, Private Security on a budget
-KRISS Vector, Private Security Detail.
-L115, Economical Recon and Scouting.
-SR-338, Long-range Recon and Scouting.
-SV-98, Assassination and Precision Shooting.
-UTS-15, Close Quarters Assault.
-G3A3, Point Defense.
-AR-15 SOPMOD, General Purpose Rifle.

Explosives:
-Frag grenade, just in case.
-S.L.A.M Trip-mines, Breaching and Sabotage on a budget.
-IED Detonator, Assassination and Sabotage.
-Timed C4, Breaching and Mass Destruction.
-Nerve Gas, War crimes.

Misc:
-Harpoon, Very specific contracts.
-Fists, Interrogation.
-Crowbar, Motivation.
-Stun Baton, Encouragement.
-M9K Knife, Infiltration

Just add this in already! This would be great for the community. But for the sake of rp, can they do team damage during war too? I kinda like the thought of it

+1 this idea would bring a lot of new roleplay potential to the server. As of right now RP is very scarce and really just a war based server. Although there might be a few problems here and there with the budget but otherwise very well planned and I hope it is reviewed by the high staff. Really impressed Shrimp and I hope even if this is denied you will keep impressing me with your ideas. Other than that as I said you have my +1 and I wish you luck with this project.

- Make a 3rd team for G4S' radio to function and so they can kill both sides in war if needed. (Or just modify what I said up above and make G4S a neutral group, but assign a squad a team when they are licensed out to a faction).

I suppose I never answered a few things Pencil had to say so I'll take the time to do so now. For things like the addition of a team-FF system and faction radio for G4S, I'll have to say it's pretty redundant. People in G4S should be smart enough to know who they're shooting at, without shooting at each other. I get it can get pretty hectic in war, but let me reiterate my statement that G4S will not have a primary function in war, and might still be needing to conduct sims or training at that time, in which FF is necessary. Additionally, G4S will primarily use the /channel function on operations to establish a radio. Adding these two just seems like a waste in my opinion.

ODR can license out a squad to that side

G4S should never at any point be big enough to deploy multiple units at a time. Keep it simple for now.

G4S Alpha Squad has been granted access to the US Communications

Once the contract has been assigned, G4S will have all the information they need. If they've been requested to work alongside troops, /channel would be the method for operational communication. That's the source we'll use for all IC communication.

The ranks are a little scuffed

Yeah I've been mulling over the idea in my head a bit more lately, and I think you're right. Revising the ranks is no big deal, worst case scenario is just defaulting to standard ranks.  Classes on the other hand present a bit more of a problem. The classes exist to align to the way the ranks or set up, not necessarily act as separate specializations. That's why they're pretty much all the same. What allows people to specialize from the bland base class would be the faction vendor at that point, and would be done specifically for missions.
