The report being placed on one staff shouldn't nullify a second staff members misconduct, just because his name isn't explicitly attached in the OP, Management should be ready to punish any staff, reported explicitly or not.

+1, explicitly toward @MasterH724 as he's requested the blame be to him, @Bradley350 should be VERBALLY warned to not punish on behalf of another staff member though if its against protocol to do so. The action the player took could've resulted in damage, and would've if he aimed an inch higher. This is also what is commonly referred to as "loopholing" shooting at someone, but ONLY around them is baiting in its most purest form, of which the player could use this as an attempt claim a report against them if the targeted player reciprocates sensible retaliation. Using the rule provided by @Yamagataa, if explicitly taken literally, would set precedent for the loopholing situation I provided to run prevalent. Also, the dudes a cop, shots fired at any cop, anywhere is grounds for equal force to be initiated, an Officers job isn't to get or be shot, but the line of duty can result in getting shot, understand that difference.

Following to what Bendak and Shrimps said, they are not wrong in their assessments. And I'm tellin' ya, you're gunna hate it when an RPG or Nailgunner, is able to see how hidden they are around a corner just to third person pop out and shoot a rocket then pop back around. In this current system, at least when you peek, there is a very real chance of you getting your shit rocked. Same with snipers, I can't tell you how often people used third person to head glitch safely/effectively and intentionally. I mean fuck, back with M60 was a viable weapon and we had third person, I was able to post up behind a hill, move up a fuckin inch, bipod up, and mow down Taliban. Trust me, you do not want Third person, and the people above who've given -1's (excluding Harris since I don't know/remember him) were from a time where this was a core strat to use in all fights, including myself.

I could see that, them being specifically contracted to help take a specific point if the faction is desperate enough to get that support.

But if it's a contract to assist in war, it's kinda silly to go one life, don't ya think?

Single life endeavors? Eh, I don't know much about that one, we all know how obnoxious sniping and fragging is right now.

One thing that could be done to give a good difference between the groups and how G4S operates, could be they armor equipment both sides can get currently, instead they could get their own tiers of Kevlar, such as a budget tier, standard tier, and high tier, giving 50/100/150 for each separate armor set. in place of having better armor values, where you could possibly set it to if they get the 150 armor high tier armor, they get a speed debuff to that armor tier, and as a whole, the faction has no ability to acquire a speed boost, as there /shouldn't/ be any Donator classes for this faction. I also recommend a decent LMG for the faction they could buy, especially if contracted to play defensive on a point, and I mean HARD Defensive.

I really like the idea, instead of pushing for more RP oriented bases on players heavily, an introduction of a 3rd force that will explicitly play in character, will help grow the idea of RP in other groups, new "generations" will push to have fun on down time, instead of during of actual "militaryrp" interaction, instead of simply, waiting for the next war... +1
