Rust Update [12/05/2019]

Map Size

We've pushed 100 players over 2 wipe cycles consecutively, thank you so much guys!

With these great news, the map will inevitably have to increase in size as to not be a bottleneck to our server's population

Please note that the server may wipe again tomorrow (12/06/2019)

Following the wipe we will be playing on handpicked 3500 sized map that have multiple, larger, and more fun monuments for you guys to visit!

I have compiled a list of 100 seeds/maps ALL of which feature at least 13 monuments, 1 of which would be an excavator.

following every server wipe, you'll be welcome to a brand new environment!

 

 

Better Loot

Components such as Springs, Pipes, and Gears are now significantly more common in crates (randomized value of 25-300% more)

 

 

Chat

As of right now, there is a modified plugin that is conflicting with chat resulting in the inability to utilize Global Chat

this is not a game-breaking issue, but it does make the server feel significantly more lonely, I am taking a go at fixing this issue ASAP

 

 

Death Notifications

Formatting has been updated, and the following notifications have been removed due to the cluttering of chat:

Suicides, Killing of Animals

(before, after)

 

 

Raid Block

Disabled the use of the command /tpa on a target that is under a Raid Block (experimental)

will have to confirm this works and make adjustments as necessary tomorrow

entity.spawn recycler should spawn it in, but Facepunch removed them originally to nerf oil rig so groups had to recycle elsewhere.

Well, of course you can spawn it in manually, but as far as automation, there is no way to go about doing so even with the command on-hand.

just curious, is there still a shit load of random stuff in crates? Kinda just annoying having to have too much random stuff, making looting take a longer time.
