-I was playing around as a hobo lord and occasionally hit a few people with the crowbar ( I wasn't going to kill them )  and the admin said that I committed mass rdm and just banned me. also he changed it to the reason of "attemptive" no warn and didnt let me explain..

 

>Why should your ban be removed?:

-I find that unfair because if thats the reason the whole server should be banned.. also the admin didnt use/have a mic.

Still waiting on @ShadowKing's response, but in your appeal it seems you admit to attempted mass. Just because you're "new", doesn't mean you are void to server rules. You damaged 3 or more players, intentionally or not, and received the proper punishment. Maybe Shadow could have given you a 1 week instead of two, but regardless you broke the rules.

I understand, but my point is that I didnt went on and started to attack players like im going on rampage, he checked the logs and saw that I just did damage to 3 players and went like "ok im banning you". if you're having like a 1- 2 hour session you'll do damage to a few players and thats the normal because its a game, and what it bothers me is that I got 2 weeks banned and I didnt even killed anyone.. less than a week is understandable but you guys need to care a little more, not all of you because most of you guys are awesome and chill but some are straight a-holes..

You have to understand that it doesn't matter how friendly the staff member is, they are doing their job and even if your best friend was a staff, he/she should still do the same. It doesn't really matter if you had killed anyone or not, because it's still att. mass rdm. Again what @eXg-Buddha stated maybe it could've been 1 week for accidental but still he was just doing his job.

I think the point is that by definition, Mass ATT RDM is damaging 3 or more players for non RP reasons. If you did that, then it's MATTRDM, but the ban punishment length may be improper.

My recording messed up in the middle of the sit so I can't retrieve the time frame of when I checked logs. I looked back in my footage for the day and I see what he was doing when he said "occasionally hit a few people with the crowbar".

This is the only evidence I could retrieve due to my recording stopping when the sit started.

Nope. Like I said the recording stopped and I was unaware. I had thought I recorded the entire sit. He admitted to hitting multiple people with crowbars without killing them and this video provides a demonstration of what he did exactly.

While we appreciate your honesty, unfortunately the ban is valid and will stay. It will be reduced to one week, however, as that is the proper ban length for Mass Attempted RDM.
