Even after the changes this shows absolutely no attempt at impressing current staff. There is barely a paragraph here and it doesn't explain why you would be better than other applicants at all. It simply talks about how you would do the job that staff are supposed to do. Even with over 200 in game hours, I have not once seen you in game and you haven't been spoken about by staff or other players. I can only assume that you aren't on very often or you simply haven't made an impression on any other players. I recommend that you look at some of the application of players who were accepted as staff. Many of whom have 3 to 4 paragraphs speaking of their experience and reasons why they are better suited than other applicants.
